Thanks for your continued support & hugs ladies it is SO much appreciated and i feel overwhelmed by it all.
I slept ok last night i tossed & turned a bit and woke up a few times before evntually getting up at 6.05am to have a shower and get organised.
Thanks ladies i much appreciate you keeping me in your thoughts.
I went in around 7.30am like planned. And i came to at around 8.20-8.30am they let me wake up and then moved me from the bed to a chair infront of a TV and gave me a drink & sandwich to eat. And then i was allowed to get dressed & go home around 10am.
I came home and basically went straight to bed and didnt wake up until around 12.15pm, got a drink and something to eat and went back to lay down. Chris has left to go to Orange for his Uni exam and MIL is here keeping me company & doing anything for Sophie.
My sisters left Sydney at 10am and were at Lithgow at 12pm and then my younger was driving from Lithgow to Bathurst as she got her Learner's last Thursday. So they should be here between 2-3pm.
Thanks again everyone for keeping me in your thoughts and all the lovely messages.
Joanne

Thanks for the continued support everyone its very much appreciated.
I've been resting and sitting down since i woke up at 12.15pm when i could no longer lay in bed and stare at the walls.
My sisters arrive around 4.30pm and Chris got home from Orange about 15mins later.
We had BBQ chicken rolls for dinner as it was too hot to cook anything.
I took some nurofen after dinner and have been feeling ok all day just a few twinges.
I've was talking to MIL while she was here and then once my sisters got here i talked to them a bit. My nan was going to ring but my older sister rang our dad and asked him to ask her to leave it a while as i still dont feel like talking on the phone.
My sisters arent letting me do much and insisting on doing things for me even taking Sophie's nappies to the bin.

much appreciated Mum2Romone
Thanks very much for the support ladies, my sisters are great and i'm very lucky & thankful for them.
Dr appt went well although when we walked into his office he said "so your 14weeks are you" i said "well no i'm not but i would have been you did my D&C 2 weeks ago", he was so applogetic and said no-one had updated my file which he promptly did. He talked over what happened & why and made sure i understood, he said they couldnt do the pap smear while they did the procedure as there wasnt enough to collect a sample (Trini please explain if you know) so he made a note in my file for me to come back in 3-4months to have a pap smear done.
He asked me if i wanted any contraception and i declined and said there wasnt much point when were going to start TTC as soon as we both feel ready/comfortable plus Chris is away during the week so we dont hardly spend any time together.
And he told me that we can start TTC whenever we want to, the wait 1 cycle is just a precaution. He also told me to keep taking/start taking again the Blackmores pg & bfing tablets as my body will store whatever it doesnt need and then use it when its needed.
He asked me how i was feeling and coping and i said i thought i was coping rather well considering what i've been through and that i have Sophie to keep me occupied and that i try not to think about it too much otherwise i get upset.
I got him to check my foot and he said it was healing well and that i should give it some air and put breath-able patches on it. And that i can get it wet but i'm to change the patch once i've dried my leg and gave me a script for antibiotics to prevent infection. He also got the sister on duty to change the dressing and there was still a little blood on the wound and she said "whats that red stuff?" and i was like umm looks like blood to me.............very strange.
And i think thats everything.
