also wearing the sea sick bracelets daily i think helped and plety of water
and if you don't want water ginger beeer ( calming to the stomach )

hope you find some thing that helps

Christine no i missed it i was trying to get home so i could catch it but Nope stooopid trucks and low gear coming down the range saw to that i bet you were a star

Hi girls!

Just poppin in quickly to see how you all are.

We are ok here. Me is so behind on uni stuff! I'll be right though!

Mum, sis and bro came down to visit us this weekend. Was ok. Glad to send them home though! Too busy with them here.

Girls are good. Naughty as ever! Nah they are ok. Colby really starting to talk now. I have some pics from Australia Zoo that I will post on FB shortly. Don't think I really got any of the girls now that I think of it!

Course is going ok. Still very disappointed with the course structure but $hit happens hey.

Not much else to report.

How's everyone else going?

Okay ladies need advice here.

Katy is pretty much toilet trained wee wise (YAY!!!), but how do I help her to not be scared of the toilet or potty when it comes to doing a poo. She totally freaks out.
Tonight I saw her concentrating and noticed she had started something in her undies, so I quickly put her on the loo and said okay darling you can do this, you are a big girl and so clever, show mummy how clever you are. She totally freaked out.... Crying big croc tears.
So after about 10 minutes I put her in the bath and guess what. Floating nugget amongst the bubbles....

Sigh.

Hi girls!

How are you all?

Things are ok here in Brisbane. Uni is full-on. I have a gastro bug at the moment. Absolutely smashed me yesterday! Thought it was the pneumonia flaring up again with the body aches etc again.

Very happy to report that toilet training is well on the road. Briley goes to the toilet on her own most of the time now. For both poo's and wee's. Attempts to wipe herself but tends to make a mess! All apart of toilet training I guess. Colby has also started. She is watching Briley and seems to want to follow cue. She did her first poo on the toilet tonight after telling daddy she needed to wee-wee.

Colby is just getting over oral herpes. This is the 2'nd bout we have had in our family. Colby isn't nearly as crook as Briley was but still could'nt eat and barely drink.

Not much else to report.

What's everyone else been up to??? Its been very quiet in here!

Hello ladies!

Christine: YAY not long now til your on holidays! Its amazing the scratches and bruises they get isn't it? Jayden has been pretty good lately but he went through a period of having bruises everywhere! LOL @ Riley squeezing every last drop out, so cute!!

Shazz: How you going hun? You have had a horrible run of sickness!! Take it easy....guess easier said than done while you're studying, hope all is going well.

Sara: Hows Brisbane going? Hope you get better soon too, we all had gastro...not nice although not complaining about the 3kgs I lost! Woohoo for the TT'ing and with Colby too!

Leanne: How's bub#2 going? Feeling any movement yet? I hear you with the poo on the toilet!! Jayden will wee with no problems and will take himself most of the time but when it comes to poo I bribe him and even then it doesn't always happen. If we go to Best and Less though.....guarranteed to poop!! When he does go on the toilet, he is telling me to go get him a present before he has even done anything, starting to think I have dug myself a hole! They all learn in their own time though, as frustrating as it is when you ask him if he needs to go and then not even 5mins later he poops his pants, I know he won't be doing it forever...well lets hope not LOL.

We went to Hervey Bay on Friday to visit Sheree, Lachie and Riley......I can't believe how big our boys are getting, they played together really well this time and had a so much fun on the beach (photos on FB). Riley is gorgeous, only a month older than Ashlea but SO much bigger(not fat though)! He eats VERY well! I watched him polish off more than what Jayden would eat. Sheree is looking great! She seems to be travelling a lot and my hat goes off to her travelling all that way by herself with the 2 boys! Not sure I could do it!
I'm pretty sure I have mentioned...I'm back at work now, 3 days a week. Surprisingly I am really enjoying it and I am allowed extra time at lunch to go and feed Ashlea, so BF'ing hasn't been effected at all which is what I worried about.

Anyway post is long enough, Hope I haven't missed anyone

Hi guys!

sara - how awful for the girls to have oral herpes, hope they dont get it again for a long time.

leanne - can't believe youa re already so far along!

Archie has Tonsilitis atm, he is a very sick and sad little boy! Jay and I are still slowly trying ard to work things out. Uni is going great, a Distinction and a Credit so far, not as dumb as i thought lol. Still no clearer on what I want to be when I grow up though...

Arch has been TT for wee for 18 months now, but he refuses to do poo on the toilet. He also demands to have nappies instead ofd undies, so I have completely given up and figue he will let me know when he is eventually ready.

My nephew is huge and fat and gorgeous, smiling away and starting to chat. My other sister is booked in for c section on Monday, so in a few days I will have 2 nephews!!

hi guys

VERY quite in here, that must mean our babies really are getting big.

My other sister had her baby boy on Friday last week by c section. 8pd10 and gorgeous. Jett Charles.

I have baby overload atm and am hiding away at Jay's place lol.

Mum has asked me to work for her business doing all the book work, i am really happy to be able to work again, plus the extra cash wont go astray. Still plodding along at Uni too.

Going to Adelaide to see Phantom of the Opera in a couple of weeks, staying in a flashy hotel too, can't wait!

Hope you are all happy and healthy.

leanne - have you had the big u/s yet? are you finding out the sex?

yeah Leanne are you finding out the flavour of your bundle ? how exciting ....

Congrats on the job and becoming an aunty again Elissa

Little update on my baby Bot ( well he is no baby any more sigh)
the terrible 2's went no problems no real issues BUT omg since he has turned 3 woah he has turned into this feral little monster biting, punching , screaming one word answers when you ask him something i'm at my wits end with him. last night he copped a smack on the bum it absolutely divastated him but he had punched N in the privates and then to top it off bit him on the arm hard enough it draw blood he responded by saying "i like to punch " i did all the super nanny things get down to eye level ( scary cause he nearly landed one on me ) put him in time out when he continued his behaviour nothing worked he ended up in bed crying his eyes out cause he hates being put to bed. i don't know where he is getting this from we certainly don't do any punching he watches Dora can't see her punching or buzz light year no punching there either i am thinking he is getting this from day care he is either being bullied or watching the bullies intently for tips ... any suggestions

Hi girls!

I'm still here...lurking!

This are ok here in Brisbane. Uni is going well. Full-on but at least I am working towards something. We have 5 weeks off over the June/July holidays so we're thinking of going back up to Townsville.

The girls are great! Briley is pretty much toilet trained beside a few accidents and needing a nappy at night. Colby is starting to grow up quickly. She is talking a fair bit now aswell. They both have major attitudes though! They play together quite well and I love hearing them laught together! Best sound in the world!

Brent and I are going ok. Just plotting along I guess.

Nothing much more interesting to report.

Hope you are all well...

Take Care

hi shazz, i have no suggestions for your terrible 3 year old, but mine is the same, just such a brat!! I have ben thinking its because he is an only child but now that I read about Ryan, maybe its just 3 year old stuff. He is just so cheeky, answers back all the time, has started hitting. Bring on the 4th birthday lol

hi Sara, glad things are going well for you and the girls. Good htat you and Brent are going nicely too.

Quick questions...

Have any of your kids gone off their food?

Briley is eating hardly anything lately. I cut down her lunch to see if she would eat more at dinner time but it hasn't made any difference.

I am hoping its just a phase...
