hi all, sorry i've been MIA for so long
so hectic here i'm ready to commit myself for a sanity break ( thats no joke BTW)
i'm right in the iddle of exam block and some idiot decides to ram my car up the rear end so i'll be with out a car while that gets fixs and to top it off my sons principle rings me on saturday afternoon to inform me that he is suspending him for 3 days WTF after I WENT to the school to complain about my son being beaten up in the boys toilets at lunch time the principle then tells me the other boy had witnesses that said my son had started it and continued the fight after it had finished again WTF if anyone knew my son you would be laughing as hard as i am my son is the biggest sook when it comes to confrontation it isn't funny so i really truley doubt these credible witnesses have told the absolute truth my son is devastated and now doesn't want to go back to that school he thinks they are all liars and just makes stuff up to suit themselves .... i really feel for him atm even though he is no angel i truley believe he was the victim in this.... sorry for the vent girls any way on a brighter note ryan is great he is starting to realise that his bed is his and mine is mine eating so much better and generally just plodding along doing 3 year old mischievious things
hope every one is well and your gorgeous children are making your days brighter
woot Elissa congrats on the reconciliation
Kim ~ has it really been 8 months since Nate was born OMG i have lost 6 months somewhere
Christine ~ big hi and hope Jess's party goes off well

Shazz that is such b#ll shat the way your DS has been treated. WTF is with calling on saturday afternoon?? It should have been dealt with immediately. Have they got written witness statements from everyone involved?? What has happened to the other boys? I would be making an appointment to see the principal ASAP, if all the "witnesses" were friends or victims of the bullies then they will not have got the full story. Did they talk to all the kids individually???
Sorry to go on but this really upsets me, I do not think the school has handled it well at all.
Much love to you babe sounds rough atm.

the incident happened on the wednesday and i went to the school friday morning with it all written down exactly as nick told me it all happened he was then called to the office at morning tea friday and asked what happened he told them the same story he told me and i had writtten down ( which they kept ) nothing more was said to him and when i picked him up he told me the other boy got suspended and it has been dealth with !!!! SO yes Christine it is all a bit odd apparently the other boy was suspended on the friday but he didn't ring us till 4.30pm saturday to tell me that nick " went into the toilets to sort this kid out " still Nick is sticking with his story and it hasn't waivered he is not a good liar at all so i think by now i would know if he was BSing me about what went on and he just doesn't have it in him he is way to much of a sook to pick a fight let alone with someone double his size
question for you christine should the principle have called us in for an interview prior to suspending him over somnething so odd ??

There are steps which must be taken before someone can be suspended, its usually a very last resort although they can do it immediately for things like bringing a weapon to school or violence. Something weird is going on if it happened wed and they suspend him on saturday. I would be speaking to the boss in the morning and asking a lot of questions.
Is it a state school??

Yay Arch!!!!...now can ya teach Nate???
You're welcome my love. lol we took the kids to the pool today becasue it's about 4000 degrees. Darcy has a new snorkel to practice with before we go to Lindeman as Cam and I are avid snorkellers.....she looked so funny crashing around in the babies pool with her bubble and pink snorkel and flippers on. She had to bottom shuffle from the seat to the edge cos she couldn't figure out how to walk in the flippers.
Nate loved it too.

| | Hi everyone. I survived prac!!!! It was only 20 hours, but fun. I am now busy working on my assignments. They need to be by the 13th so I am ‘house-wife and ‘mothering’ during the day and ‘studenting at night. It’s tough, as the kids need my attention during the day (understandably) Can’t wait to finish and pop that express post envelope with my assignments in the big yellow box on Tuesday or Wednesday night! The FDC lady came yesterday and we have been approved to be carers. Have a zillion forms to fill in and lots of things to get organised so we can start in Feb / March, but will look at that after the assignments leave this house. I booked my first aid course yesterday for the end of the month – its all happening! I will soon be my own boss and own my own business..... Kim – I can just see Darcy with the snorkel and flippers on.... Take any pics? Shazz – hope the school issue was sorted out. Something not quite right there. grr Eiissa – I am still having those feeling but after a big discussion about it with DH the other night it’s just two for us (unless there is an unexpected surprise). I am happy with the decision but also sad IYKWIM. I know that as Joshie grows, that’s it. No more babies. But in saying that, I will be able to look after babies for FDC down the track so it’s not all bad :O) How’s Archie and you guys feeling after the gastro.... Gastro is yuk eh? Yay on him sleeping in his own bed now... Christine – congrats on getting through the HSC.... Now you can look forward to Jess’ party and relax over a few wines?? Well better get some lunch for little miss. She’s asking for eggs in her egg tup. Love it! See ya! | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
