lol you will get in trouble for posts like that.
I will be breif as its too painful to sit for long. I put my back out on Saturday morning. Im not sure how I managed not to drop Oscar as I was carrying him at the time. It got gradually worse as the day went on til I could barely move without being in excruciating pain.
I cant take most medications that will help because Im breastfeeding, but I managed to borrow a TENs machine so using that.
Its a lot better today but I still dont trust myself to carry Oscar and I will go to the physio tomorrow.

While I was immobilised, and Neil was busy with Oscar, Milo drew over both our faux suede couches in permanent balck texta I sure hopw our fabric protection cover will fix it

Yes he is still pretty naughty. He tried to bodyslam Oscar the other day
NEedless to say textas are banned. I think he thought it would wipe off as the only real textas he has are in theose learning books where they trace letters and numbers and it wipes clean
Well my back is a lot better after 2 x physio and the TENs machine. I have more physio on Friday but I am hoping it will be better again by then. I am supposed to be goign to a work function, its our company's 25th Anniversary.
My parents are babysitting for the night and it will be the first time OScar's had EBM for his last feed so I will be interested to learn how well that goes. If it's good then I might be able to go out now and then, so fingers crossed he behaves himself.
Better go they are unsupervised and I dont want anym ore furniture destroyed.

Well, Neil brought up the idea of having another bub a couple of days ago.
I'm just really unsure of whether he wants to go again because he still wants a girl, or because he wants more children.
I'm also not sure how my body will cope with another pregnancy. I had 5 fingers widths of stomach muscle separation after Oscar was born, and its only go down to 3 now. I also had to get some invasive tests done and have a prolapse and muscle and nerve damage "down there" (lol) which can only get worse with another bub.
But now that Oscar has settled a bit more I have thought about it, but just not sure.
I think other than my health I'm worried at how he will react if we were to have a boy - I'm not going to keep having babies to try to have a girl its crazy!

will finish later OScar is awake

Rach i have the same issue with stomach seperation. I have got it down to 2 fingers by wearing a brace the physio gave me (not wearing it now) and doing some exercises. Its not likely to ever repair itself though. I think you should certainly give thought to whether you both want another child or a girl????? I agree crazy to keep going back till you get a girl, may never happen.

As for me just finished a full onday at work, didnt even get to eat lunchso got home at 4 and made some sandwiches. The boys went to a bday party today, so annoyed they are usually on a saturday as i always miss out

Are we still on for dinner friday 21st? Where did you guys want to go?

I wont be able to come to dinner. Our experiment with having the boys babysat was a disaster. Oscar it seems is happy to have EBM during the day but not at night. He refused to drink form the time my parents got there (5:30) until we got home - 8:30. His previous feed was at 3 and he normally clsuter feeds inthe evening so it was not good. He is being a very clingy booby boy today too as a result

Tracey I hate missing parties - a lot of the ones Milo is invited to are on weekdays so even in the event he can go I rarely can.

Neil and Milo went to the local footy today. Milo turned the lights on in the car and flattened the battery so they are stuck in melton until the racv rescue them.

Rach! Cant believe they got a flat battery - I am sure we can handle oscar coming to dinner - he is only tiny....

Nikki- how exciting! so what will your hours be now?

With regards to time etc you guys decide and then we al and i will work around it!

The pub at docklands is great though, near the big ferris wheel which no longer works!- went there with Nicky a few months back - should i see if she is free for dinner too?

Its not so much that as he's in a nice routine of being asleep between 8-8:30 - that took almost 7 months with milo so we're trying to keep to it as much as normal.
So until I can get him to take EBM at night, Im going to be a very boring girl.

I have to go back to work on Nov 2 Maybe we can have some weekday catchups before then so I can still come along, I wont be able to wag work for a while once I go back.

I have put the invite out to nicky! I wont be able to catch up on a wednesday untill the school hols - i am not free at all during the week for the next month or so - got exams and essays to get done in any free time i have - except for today - i need a nanna nap! My eyes are heavy as after my weekend partying in the city....

Went to pink friday night and stayed in the city so had a few drinkies and then tupperware catalogue was launched sat and then had a tupper party on sunday to do!

Oh i am having a mary kay party at my place to help sally get started with it (will be her first party) so if you can make it come on over!! starting 7.30ish

Also I am having a shoe party on the 11th of sept - they are fantastic! you try on an choose the style and then choose your leather colour etc and then they make them specially for you! I think we are again starting 7.30 or 8 that night....
(i owe a few people parties!)

Shoe party sounds great I wish I could come!
family assistance made an mistake when they explained what FTB A we coud get for milo for the 08-09 financial year and they overstated the amount - by $1600. So we are now budgeting everything to the cent and should just scrape thru til I go back to work but will be tricky as neils band has just booked a tour fo 4 states and he's only paid airfares for 2 legs of it so far so hes not sure whats happening there an whether he will have to call it off.
Ah well such is life.
