Default Should she be vaxed today?

DD2 was in hospital a few months ago for a week with tonsillitis & glandular fever. Our gp said to put off her 4 year vaccinations, so I did, til today.
Last night she was up crying with a sore throat again. Got me a bit worried... Could it be her glandular fever still? Could be tonsillitis again, or could just be a sore throat & the flu... Should I still get her needles today or put them off again?
I don't think there's a fever...just doing her temp now & she has a runny nose & cough, so I'm pretty sure its just the flu. No fever.
Would you guys do it? My gp won't allow it if he's at all worried, which is good.

Oh & DS...I know they don't like vaxing if they have a fever...what if its just a slight teething fever??

Personally I wouldn't but you could always take her and let them know what's going on and they can decide if she's OK to have it or not.

Personally, I wouldn't, but it's up to you. If you trust your Dr then you can always ask their opinion. As for your DS, you'd want to be sure that it is just from teething, and not something brewing. I know it's a pain, but you can always reschedule their vaccs .

I'd reschedule. If you go they'll probably send you away anyway.

I heard from a friend yesterday that after some research she did into why her kids suffer from allergies, eczema and ADHD and found that she was never warned about vaxxing when her kids were sick. So, I'd wait till you feel she's fully over whatever she has till you vax. Vaxxing does take it out of the body to deal with. As it is, I give my dog a fortifying 'remedy' just before his annuals because before I did the vax would leave him so flat, and his immune system is not the absolute greatest at the best of times.

Well I might take them in anyway. Gp always checks them over to be sure they ae ok & it'd be good to get his oppinion, even if they don't do them.

as a child hood vaccinator, i wouldnt give them to her.
i would refuse due to illness and sore throat and temp, they say 38 is the cut off but for me i dont like it over 37. as some vaccs can raise temp slightly in some children.

if she isnt 100% i would be putting it off. but seeing your doc about her being sick
