Twins or More Just when we thought having one baby was tricky enough, mums to multiples often have extra challenges with two or more babies of the same age. If you are a mum to twins or more, this is where you can exchange experiences and support with others.

Default TTC after twins

Hi Ladies

Dh and I are contemplating TTC #3, for some reason i feel this pressure to start for #3 quickly because we only want 3 and i don't want #3 to be isolated. DD & DS will always have each other and that special twin bond so if we have a 3rd we dont want a huge age gap IYKWIM. Just wondering what other people's experiences were? How soon after did you have #3? Any experiences would be appreciated.

Thanks
Shan

I'm like you - we want another one and would like to have him/her as soon as possible because my 3 girls are so close in age, I don't want 1 little one left as the odd one out who's too little to play with the big girls. DH is terrified at the thought of having twins again also (have you ever tried to find a car with FIVE anchor points?!!). Although, as ours are identical, the chances of having more twins is very remote.
Good luck with your TTC and hope your twins get a new sibling sooner rather than later.

Hi Shannon, well I wont be TTC again as our twins were #3 and #4. But I dont think it would hurt to start trying. I am not sure how long you were ttc or what led you to IVF to have the gorgeous Julia and Owen, but if you went down that path again, maybe just get the one implanted. As far as having twins again, well you have done it before, at least you know what the go would be.

I wish you all the best on your ttc journey.
