Hi Hubbabubba,

sorry you're going through this. i think it is possible to ovulate before you get af. i started temping during my m/c and definately picked up signs of ovulation, then i did get af about two weeks after that.

if you haven't had an af at all since june i'd be going back to the dr. or have you done a hpt? if you're not pregnant, then maybe they can give you something to bring on af so you get back to ttc with some idea of what's going on.

i wish you all the best.

Hi
I don't think there are any rules as to what to experience after m/c. My first m/c I had an anov cycle following. My 2nd m/c I ovulated the cycle following but it was a bit longer than usual....
I know that doesn't help, but I really hope your body is getting back into some normality.
xx

thanks ladies.i took ur advice and went to see my dr today.she was so supportive and didnt bugger around at all.she wants me to do a day 21 ovulation blood test and also an ultrasound to see whats going on.i forgot to mention that i also have pcos.so it could also mean i get refered back to the reproductive clinic at the royal womens in melbourne.hopefully doesnt go that far.she did however have strong belief that there is a high chance of me falling pregnant b4 i got my next period....can only hope.thank u to u lovely ladies for ur advice and support.its such a welcoming meeting place.

I wasn't testing for ovulation before my first AF after the m/c, but I had a positive O day 16 in the cycle afterwards. That was right on schedule for me. It sounds like your doctor is being supportive in helping figuring out your timing, best of luck with TTC!
