Red face Hi I'm new to this!

Hello everyone,

I'm knew to this and am still working out how to use it! But I wanted to share my story and hopefully find some friends atht are going through similiar situations.

I am 29 years old and two years ago I suffered from a missed misscarriage and due to doctors making mistakes I had to have 3 curettes. Due to that my lining had not thickened up and had to begin fertility treatment. After 2 attempts at IUI and trying to concieve naturally while using clomid with no success, have now been doing IVF.

Am on third embryo transfer adn was my last embryo too, amd using progesterone pessaries to assist implantatiuon and am praying that this time it works.

Life has been very up and down and had to give up my job as a childcarer cos it was too stressful and heartbreaking. If others out there are experiencing similar things I would luv to hear from you, Brenstar xoxo

Default Welcome

Welcome to BB Brenstar x
Im sorry for your loss, and I hope that your long journey to having a baby ends in a BFP for you this month

There is a HUGE bunch of fantastic caring girls here and we are all going through pretty much the same ups and downs as you seem to be.
I have been posting my feelings here too, and I also found a thread called Long term Assisted TTC and there are so many girls going through the same as we are, IVF and IUI ect, that may be able to answer some of your questions.
I'm currently in middle of second cycle of IUI and have tones of questions too
Join us in the other thread with any questions with Assisted Concepton, I only just joined there tonight myself.
I wish you all the very best and truck loads of

Default am so over it

Hello all,

after my 3rd embryo transfer I had my bloodtest today and it was negative

It was very hard because the progesterone pessaries delayed my period so I was really thinking it had worked! Thats not fair!

It was my last embryo and now I have to consider doing another cycle and i really don't know if i can put myself thru it again.

I get so angry at the doctors who made the stuff up with me 2 years ago! I am so over this emotional heartache that i go thru every month, how much longer and how much more can i take!! I want to give up but I want a baby so much.

I just don't know what to think or how to feel.......................

Brenstar-sorry about the result, the progesterone giving you false hopes[our bodies can play cruel tricks on us],and your heartache.Maybe in a few weeks you'll feel more able to try again.I try to keep my eye on the prize, when were holding our babies in our arms all this ttc frustration will be worth it.
