Air purifier - ionisers?
Hi All,
I just got an air purifier from Aldi which uses ions to clean the air. Does anyone know if it is safe or not for kids? DD has eczema so i thought that it would have helped but it has a weird *slightly* smell in the room when i turn it on.
Ive tried googling but cannot find any reports on ionisers.
I know I'm in my own little world, but it's ok. They know me here.

My dads company sells an Air Purifier called an Ozone machine, i could maybe ask him? If it is similar to the one you bought? I know the smell you are talking of, i can smell it when i put ours on lol
