| |  So happy to announce...
that yesterday I got a 
I'm only just over 4 weeks so still very early but all is good.
EDD is 11th July 2010 which is exciting.
I have already booked an appt with an Ob for early December so we are looking forward to that too.
I can't wait to get a belly 
(Oh, while I'm here, a lady at work just went off at me for eating pasta salad from a deli. She told me I could miscarriage and she really scared me! Is that true? I (obviously) have no idea!!)

Congratulations!!
As for the pasta salad thing, it's due to listeria. It's best to avoid all deli salads while pg.

... Just what Jodi said ... and yeh, no caffeine or cream cheese or soft serve icecream like Maccas sundae or cone ... oh, and no processed meats like the ham on a bought pizza (YOU will be fine you get very use to ' not ' eating them ... as you just think about that beautiful bubba growing inside of you) !!

Yep its true, you think you would be able to go mental with the food but you actually have to give up a little, darn it! but its sooo worth it

The salad you ate is not recommended due to possible listeria.... pregnant women are more susceptible to it and can get quite sick (and unborn bub can to) best to avoid all deli meats, salads etc.... stick to cooked meats and make your own salads But try not to be too worried about it all... enjoy your pregnancy!
