Cooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo-eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Anyone out there???
WOW, it sure is quiet in here. Hope it is because all you mummies-to-be be are taking things super easy and putting your feet up (or perhaps the nesting urge is really kicking in for some of you LOL).
Greenslw - hope you survived your nutty week and are able to catch up on some much needed Zzzz
Megsmum - "hi" and "hugs" heading your way, cyber sista
Babymiracles - yep, I also have the housework on the backburner. I am very lucky that DH is being incredibly helpful with DD - he's taking a decent break from work while I recover (slower than I would like to) from my CS. Well-done on the settled, cry-free night - can't wait to have one LOL
Hannah - so have you finished work now? If so - YIPEEEEEEEEEEEE Sounds like Melbourne was a great break. Enjoy the final weeks of your PG. Are you walking like a penguin yet, now that you have dropped ???
Erybery - 17 hours - EEEEK! Our little one seems to have developed colic (which we also had at this stage with DD), but we have not managed a marathon quite that long. Hope things have settled a bit more for you. If you have any magic remedies - do share!
Smallfryplus - Bruised biceps? That must have been one intense massage!
Chappas - how's it all going with your little man? Hope you are getting lots of gorgeous smiles
Zstar - great to read your ob appointment went well and that you are able to get back to normal activity (and finally enjoy the rest of your pregnancy)
Meredith - HOW YOU DOING??? X to everyone else
AFM - DS is doing fine, though he is pretty restless and quite the guzzleguts LOL. BF is much easier second-time around, at least. He's calling for me now so catch up soon!

Hi all, sorry been missing in action, just soooo busy running after Ella! feeding every 3 hours realy doesnt leave much time after feeding, settling, trying to get her to sleep!
Things have improved for us. She has been put on zantac to help with reflux so is starting to settle and sleep much better, and thank goodness there hasn't been a repeat of the 17 hour screamathon!
We have a hip ultrasound on Friday to see if she has hip dysplaysia? hopefully not because I'd hate for her to have to wear a brace over the summer months!
Z-star - You will love the morphology scan, it takes agaes so you get a really good view. We got to take home a DVD of ours which will be cool to show Ella when she is older.
WTH - I hear you on the guzzleguts, Ella has put on 280grams in 1 week!
Greenslw - Woohoo your in the last trimester hun!
To everyone else big hugs and Belly rubs for those who are still baking their little ones. xox

Hi everyone,
Glad to hear from our new mums that all is going well and babies are growing nicely.
erybery - Glad Ella is settling now that her reflux is being treated.
Megsmum - LOVE the new avi!
WTH - Glad you're recovering well, even if its slow, and that DS is doing well. My girl is still moving up and down a bit, but yes, when she is down I've got the duck walk going.
zstar - Enjoy the scan on Friday. Let us know how it goes.
AFM - Have officially finished work now. I had to work 13 hours last Friday to get everything done and have a couple of minor things to do but at least I can do them on my laptop at home. It gives me an excuse to put my feet up since I've been busy organising DH's birthday party this weekend. DH has this week off too, so hopefully we'll be able to make lots of progress on the nursery. to all

WTH yep I caught up but what was going to be a quiet week has turned nasty on my again, I really can't wait to have a break. 9 weeks to go DS being a guzzleguts sound like a good thing. Hope BF is ok first time around too bit nervous.
zstar how did your scan go. 3.5kg's is good. wow you are moving your but heaps. I'm so tired I can't make it anymore.
Erybery glad likkte Ella is settled into a ruitine. you must be so happy.
HannahD no more work how great for you. I bet you are so happy. More time for you in prep of big arrival. Not long now, just over a month. All organised? hows DH going?
ATM: having a good day at work, things seam to be ticking along well, getting lots of prep done in prep for maternity leave. ONLY 9 weeks to go! I can't wait, I've booked all my RDO's and catch up days for all the extra I've been doing, I passed one of My Tafe pracs! two more to go which I'm doing on the weekend (little nervous) but I'll be ok.
Off to the OB today and my glucose test. Bit nervous hope it's all ok.

WTH and Hannah - Awwwww thanks I'm pretty happy with it too.
Greenslw - GL with the GD test and the other 2 pracs, I'm sure you'll be fine I can't believe you only have 9 weeks left to work, yay!
Hannah - Yay for being a lady of leisure LOL well almost! I still remember the feeling of finishing up work when I was pg with DD1, it was bliss. So much so I never went back!
erybery - So glad things are improving for you and Ella, the screamathons are hard on you aren't they? My DD1 used to be a bit of a screamer too, but she is a fantastic litlle girl now if that makes you feel a bit better. GL with the hip scan, my DD1 had hip dysplaysia too and spent 12 weeks in the brace when she was a bub. It wasn't all that bad really, but I hope you don't have to go there.
zstar - GL with the morph scan tomorrow, enjoy! They really are quite fun once you get over the phobia, you get to see heaps of bub.
Hi everyone else, babymiracles and Molly, chappas and Daniel, Meredith and Holly, smallfryplus, and anyone else I have missed! It is a bit quiet in here now.....
AFU, doing great Emma is such a smiley bub, happy as soon as she wakes up in the morning - which is great because she tends to get dragged from pillar to post doing things with her big sister. She is so close to laughing now, she has done quite a few half laughs now, but not quite the full thing LOL I have quite a guzzleguts too, the last 2 mornings I have put her in the car to take DD1 to preschool and kinder orientation (my big girl starts school next year :O) and she has vomited everywhere because she is full from her feed. And still feeding 2 or 3 times a night too - at least with BF you can feed while half asleep!

Megsmum: I can totally relate - Molly often vomits from over indulging! Also getting up two to three times a night still.
erybery: so glad you haven't had anymore 17 hour screaming sessions - well done for getting through that. Hope the hip scan is all okay
AFM: Molly is a delight but I am totally sleep deprived as the only place Molly wants to sleep is on my chest - But she is such a gorgeous baby and I am loving getting to know her - getting lots of smiles, but also lots of screaming sessions too which I find very hard to deal with - feel so bad that I cannot figure out what is upsetting her and fix it.
Greenslw: Good luck with OB appt and glucose test. Nice to see your ticker moving along - won't be long till you are joining the very happy but sleep deprived club
Hannah: Yeah for maternity leave and good luck with DH's birthday. Hope you are coping okay with the heat in adelaide - which looks to be pretty full on over the weekend - certainly glad I am not pregnant for that!
zstar: well done on keeping up the exercise and healthy eating - I ended up putting on 15 kg with Molly - but lost about 9 kg in 2 weeks - I still have about 4 kg to go but pretty happy with that
WTH: glad things are going well with DS, and that BF is going well. It took me about 3 weeks to get the hang of it and then all of a sudden before even I had it figured out right Molly sorted it out and just goes solo now - she is a smarter one than me I think!
Thinking of all you lovely pregnant ladies - cannot wait to see some more birth announcements.

Hi there, mind if I join you guys?
I just found out yesterday that I am 3 weeks pregnant and due at the end of July. I am a bit nervous about being pregnant again but of course I am absolutely thrilled. We didn't get to keep our last baby, but I have a good feeling that we get to keep this one. My first Dr.s appt is schedule for November 19th, I can't wait!
Looking forward to getting to know you guys.

Hi Twin Sister,
I came by this thread by accident and I am absolutely thrilled to bits about your pg hun!! I don't know if you remember me...we were in the same belly buddies group a while ago. Thanks Beata. That seems so long ago and I was only in there for 2 weeks, I'm surprised you remember me. It feels nice to be back in Belly buddies, though I'm the only one in my group at the moment so it's a bit lonely in there. I'm really happy to see that your pregnancy is going well. Thanks for your nice post.

| | Greenslw - Hope your pracs went well. Actually, I'm sure they did. Have you got the glucose test results yet? megsmum - Glad things are going well. Sounds like you have quite a guts on your hands there. babymiracles - There I was thinking that I'd avoid the heat by having a December babe. Of course this year would be Adelaide's first recorded November heat wave I'm coping okay though. I'm just glad I finished work when I did and we had new aircon installed a couple of months ago. My feet are really swollen though. I hope you and Molly are coping with the heat. zstar - Yay for a great 20 week scan twin sister - Congratulations and welcome. I can definitely relate to that mixture of joy and nervousness. It doesn't seem that long ago for me, but now I'm just a few weeks away from meeting my baby girl. Let us know how your doctor's appointment goes AFM - Am feeling pretty good despite the heat and swollen feet and ankles. Had a midwife appointment this morning and everything is looking good. Fundal height is spot on, bubs is still head down and partially engaged. Although I think she's moved further down since this morning. I don't think she liked being poked and prodded and has figured out she can at least hide her head behind my pubic bone & for everyone. Hope everyone is well.

hi megsmum I can't believe it either I can't wait. oh so cute to hear about Emma, can't wait for squeak to do all that stuff babymiracles with 40+ temporature and squeak finding that feet can fit behind mummy's ribs I already am sleep deprived, oh it can't get worse can it? zstar glad it all went well so good to hear
welcome TwinSister HannahD no word on results but no news is good news right. Prac rocked, a few little hicups but it should pass bubs sounds comfortable but I bet you aren't. squeak is already head down and the ob said he/she will probably stay there, not sure with all the movement I've been having. Strong one already, my belly looks like there is an earth quake!
Glad there are some posts in here again,
Wow it's hot down south, I wasn't ready for it. No sleep due to not being cool and bubs disco dancing, and no cloths due to wax on Monday, have to cover up legs and arms (bugga).
Works going good and guess what?!? I'm no longer working stupid hours, only 4 days a week max till baby arrives bout time I started being "real"
Have a great end of week ladies. So many just on the verge of arrival so exciting.
