hey murph - good to hear you are feeling a bit better about the whole situation and i agree with your decision to not go with teh manipulation - i hadn't thought of those reasons, but supppose things are so for a reason. not sure if that makes sense
lol.
and i had to laugh at your socks hanging story... Poppyfairy you caused a rush for the washing machine me thinks
lol. after sunday night's horrid loo sleepover, I freaked out - "what if they put my in hospy'', ''what if something happens to bub and he has to come early'' etc. So yesterday i washed all his 0000 and 000 clothes. Murph, I ended up hanging his socks up in pairs as it just looked like a waste of a peg for just one sock
lol. But what a satisifying experience to see a line full of baby clothes
good luck tomorrow love - i felt that virtual hug, and i laughed at your bad joke. If your
DH came up with that one i hope you echoed "dad's joke" in the spirit of fast forward?
lol. (did you have a tv in the late 80s/early 90s heehee). But i'm feeling better about
DH being away. I knew the first week would be the worst. I have plenty to occupy me - finishing work, mum visiting, sister visiting, baby shower and then he's home.
have you tried mylanta for the reflux? i found that does help. and I agree, small snacks regularly do the trick and stay away from the tuna wrap at subway
lol - it's not pretty after th 10th re-tasting
oh smithy that is super exciting - what colour are you painting? i was thinking white when you said the cot was being done
kellyd- thinking of you sweetie! can't wait to hear your news. ox
bdt - how did you score a babymoon and to fiji! you lucky lady
lol. have fun organising everything. you just know your bubs will behave and arrive on time or late now you have gone to all that trouble to be prepared
lol. be safe on your trip and careful what you eat - don't want another tummy bug croney in here.
hey boc -i agree with your 'my house, my undies' rule. they'll soon learn to call or knock
lol. how much longer do you have at work? i'm going to 34 weeks and have already had to go back parttime cos of being so tired... and only you know what you are feeling regaring movements! i felt a few things i wasn't sure of about your time but by 17 weeks it was pretty obvious. I hate how people dismiss you or just laugh at you when you say something... ie we're doing cloth nappies response: "hahhaa yeah right. that won't last long''. it's just so rude. bbrrhh. just tell em you know the difference between needing to do a **** and your baby moving. okay that's not very tactful but still!
neptune - thanks lovely. now get that baby moving!
lol. well maybe things have started to happen since your post? have you tried all the walking, sex, curries etc? (sorry i can't remember, i think you asked about these the other day).
greenslw - doing any other shopping at the weekend???
bella - yippee for bubs following the rule book!!! that must be very exciting. How are you feeling in yourself? do stay in touch love. ox
hi saph, poppyfairy, sammiejam and all the girls here.
afm - as you can tell feel a bit better today. voms stopped but runs remain. wnet to the gp and she gave me a whole week off work! a week! but i'v got stuff i HAVE to do today, so am working a few hours from home. Got a good sleep last night but still a bit dehydrated. So doc has ordered heaps of fluid and heaps of rest. poor
DH, what a drama queen of a wiffey he has! i just hope i haven't made him worry too much as he's really got to be concentrating on his course. It's his bday this sat too and he'll be all alone - that makes me sad.
