Still here and waiting patiently for the Christmas turkey to be turned over tomorrow. Not sure I like pre-labour though. It wasn't like this with Oscar and it is frustrating more than anything.

I KNOW it is a good start and a positive thing but with an 18 month old it isn't a fun way to spend the day I think I am just tired and nervous about the turning tomorrow - and hoping that it works.

BBL - need to feed the boy.

Hi Ladies!!

DEB _ I am loving that you have a new pantry! I just knew you would enjoy yourself. I love Tupperware, I am Tupperware queen & joke that I have more Tupperware than the average consultant, but it's not really a joke, it's kinda true . But it is SUCH good stuff. I got my kids the lunch box thingy's last year for Christmas with the little drink bottles on the side & they LOVE them. I make them up little picnics to take out with us for them to snack on. I would love to get a modular mates set, but Alan would chop my credit card up if I did that. heheh

MICHELLE _ LOL, it's definitely not fun being so pregnant when you have another toddler to contend with, I remember thinking the same thing when I was ready to pop with Claudy. When is your next appointment to get the position of the little miss? I'm so glad that you're not cooped up on hospy though. I really hope that things start to happen for you soon! I have loads of perfect names picked out for you as well, do you like Jayne or Jayne better? heheh

LISA _ I will e-mail you some pics, no problems. I was just organising the photo's last night & it was very scary to make a Jessica 4 - 5 years folder now & close up the Jessica 3 - 4 years one! I can't believe we are 4! How is Miss Muffet?

Big HELLO's to Willow, Anna, Mako, Spring & all the other hot mama's!

I'm off to WW tonight & while I would love to boast that I have accrued a stack of BONUS 'Exercise' points, I may have put those points into chocolates. Oopsie daisy. If I have stayed the same I will be happy!

Love Jayne x

Willow - thinking of you sweets, hope little boo is sticking nice and tight and you are keeping some sort of sane.

Janie - sometimes i get tempted but then the tedious task of maintenance!

Jayne - OMG I got the photos - thank you - how much has she grown??? She is just so gorgeous, and you are looking pretty good too! Love the cake.

Deb - i must admit I luuurve a good tupperware party! Glad it turned out to be a good night.

Nighty night ladies, im v tired, just finished putting up my xmas tree so I can suprise th little poppet when she wakes up tomorrow morning. My next job is to wrap those pressies!

Just a quick one to update now I can finally get on - the worm has turned All on her own too My little Christmas turkey is head down and headed for the exit. So there was no need for an ECV today but I got a cannula for my trouble anyway. Small price to pay for the good news. She did her final turn at around 2am this morning when I was woken with a REALLY uncomfortable pressure at my left hip. So all we are waiting for is for her to make up her mind about when she wants her birthday.

As for me I am soooooooo not ready. I haven't done enough preparation for a *normal* VBAC but I am getting excited all the same. Anyway - I need sleep after the emotional turmoil of the day. Love to you all

Good morning girls!

I tried to get on last night but couldn't (think BB was down for a while?)

Anyhoo…mum and dad have finally gone home and while I love them dearly, I'm really enjoying having our own space again! Mum's been with us for 3 weeks now and dad on and off during that time and it gets a bit much after a while.

I'm having 'issews' with my dad actually. He has not even acknowledged that I am prg He made no secret of the fact that after the issues we had ttc DS after our loss, the anxiety problems I had after his birth etc etc that he thought #3 would be a bad move. And so now it appears he's just denying it is even happening Not sure how he thinks that's going to work but the longer it goes on, the more hurt I am. I'm the first to admit that I was a bit of a basket case after DS was born but we got through it and we are all just fine. It really hurts that he's basically saying that I can't cope with another baby. Every prg and every baby are different, and while I am also concerned about how I will cope with the newborn stage (I just don't do the whole upheaval of normal routine, the lack of sleep etc etc very well, I freely admit that) I know that I can do it. I know that I have the strategies I need to cope and that me and all my babies will be just fine. It's just so hurtful because he was so excited about my other pregnancies, would ring me after every appt to check everything was OK, is soooo close to our other two children (particularly DD), so this is a complete turnaround.

We are spending xmas at their place this year so that should be interesting. If I had my way right now, we'd be staying home

Other than that, everything seems to be plodding along OK. I had another day of very, very minor brownish discharge last week but nothing since. Still feeling nauseous (but probably not as much as last week which I'll admit bothers me at times) but am sooooooo tired. Falling asleep on the lounge while DS is having his afternoon nap, on the train to AND from work etc etc.

I ended up telling all of my closest friends on Friday night which was nice. Two of our best friends were here from interstate and we had a girls night out so it seemed like the perfect opportunity, even if a bit early. They were so excited but so SHOCKED! LOL. One of my friends kept saying "See, I told you!" and when I asked her what she meant, I remembered that not long after L was born, she predicted I'd fall prg again 'a la naturale' in the near future. Had totally fobbed her off and forgotten about that conversation but pretty spooky!

Michelle - sooooooo glad the little turkey has turned!! Don't panic though, you've still got a (very) few weeks to prepare for your 'normal' VBAC, unless the little miss decides she doesn't want to share her bday with the festive season - and fair enough too! I'm eternally grateful that DD didn't arrive on her EDD of Christmas Day, but waited till after new year to make her entrance. The pre-labour is NOT fun though huh?

Jayne - PMSL, I always used to make sure I'd been to the loo before I weighed in!

Deb - sorry to hear the picnic didn't go to plan. Slow and steady….

Big hellos to everyone else, I'd better be off, at work today and not off to a great start - tripped going into the lift (nearly breaking another toe!) and spilt my hot chocolate all over some guy in our property group's suit!!!

Michelle, I am so freaking excited for you! You've done a great job so far hun, I know you'll be well prepared for your VBAC when it happens!

Deb, go the tupperware!!!!!! And the red wine I wish I could afford more of it, it's great stuff. Glad you had a nice time. Take things slowly with your family hun. It's a big change for all of you, but I'm sure it will worthwhile in the long run

Jayne, god woman, don't you know about the WW pee???? You ALWAYS have to pee before you go PMSL! Hope you got your tickets, I can just see you dancing away

Willow, that's sounds really hard with your dad. Do you think he's maybe just being that way until you get past the 'safe' mark? Like maybe 12 weeks? Does he understand how excited you guys are? That although not totally planned, this is something you really want? I don't know how to help with this one sweets, I hope it's resolved soon for you, I can only imagine how hard it is

Mako, how's your friend with her new little bub?

Anna, hang in there. It might get easier before it gets harder IYKWIM?

Lisa, how did A like her tree????

Spring, is everything okay?

Hi to everyone else. I have a sick bubba here. Yucky, awful, horrible conjunctivitis And there's obviously something else going on too, but I'm at a loss to know what it is. Mum took him to the Drs yesterday and he checked him out and couldn't see anything, but said there might be something brewing. Got drops for the eye now thank goodness, as they were SO bad. I was doing all the salt water bathing every half hour, and cold tea etc, but it was just getting worse and worse. Definitely on the mend now we've started the drops *phew*. He's asleep ATM, poor little guy. I'm trying to be quiet because he's so miserable when he's awake, I just want him to rest. What better way to be quiet than sit on BB LOL!

Hope you all have a nice day!

Janie - I have had that thought, that maybe as time goes on and we're past this scary first part he might come around. I don't know....I hope DS is better soon. Both of mine have had gunky eyes with the virus they had, DD's developed into bronchialitis(sp??) and she's on antib's so keep an eye on him (like you need me to tell you that )

Have developed a good dose of the queasies this morning so off to find some lemon soft drink - yey! LOL.

Aw poor sick kids I hope they all feel better soon! Ours have actually been less sick since the move up here than they were down south although we had a bought of the flu last week cause of the change in humidity. Its the one thing I dont miss about down south!

Willow - dont know what to say about FIL other than ditto Janie. I know my mother was not impressed with our #3 either because she thinks as she didnt cope with 3 kids (sis and I are 2yrs apart and my bro arrived 5yrs after that!) that I couldnt possibly cope with 3 under 2.5 *sigh* Like I tried to tell her, just because I have bad days - and dont we all! - doesnt mean Im not coping! They grow so fast too that before you know it they are independent and life gets a bit easier. Your a fabulous mother Willow so dont ever doubt that. I think sometimes people forget what it was like to have little kids...... although I hope when I look back on these years in the future I only have happy rosy memories of the time lol

Deb - you know I dont own any tupperware? I always look at the brochures but never let myself buy any. I really should because then my pantry wouldnt look like a bomb shelter lol I could possibly be the only housewife with no tupperware. Glad you had a good time!

Jayne - the PCD are doing a concert here - when, where!? Ah I already spent the alloted 'ticket' money on the Wiggles but think all of us would much rather be seeing the PCD lol DH would prob enjoy it more atleast As for the 100g, I think scales always have a 100g leeway either side so dont stress! That and a full bladder would def account for putting on.
