Thank you Bun!!! So, help me ladies, it's been three years since I did this and I've forgotten it all!!!! Yesterday I did an OPK that was almost as dark as the control line, I would call it positive. I had O pains and cramping, bloated, EWCM etc etc. Today I have even more EWCM, felt very uncomfortable and tender this morning with lots of O pains and cramping/bloating. Since lunchtime I feel alot better, most of the discomfort has gone, which is good, I felt like I had 8 eggs releasing! Yet to do OPK today, but will do one soon.

SO, I'm assuming I've Od, when do you think it happened? Today or yesterday?

Well done Spring, on the fabulous news and on keeping it a secret for so long!! You deserve this happiness babe - and hope that ms eases off soon! How exciting, its about time we had a new pg announcement in here.

Janie - id say you od today, yesterday the egg was probably travelling down from the ovary.. and i think the life span of the egg is 24 hours, thats why you should dtd before and after O, to make sure there are some spermies lurking to catch that little egg. DTD today for good measure

Me - getting more clucky by the minute and with each pg announcement! went to see a newborn the other night, and Miss A was all over her, wanted to touch her and kiss her, and she was sooo gentle with the bub, me thinks she ready for a sibling. Im sure 6 months will pass quickly and ill back on the wagon!

Hope your all well and all the little vegemites are being good,
Lisa

Janie - The only baby I really (really, REALLY!!) tried for was L, the other three have 'just happened' and I've forgotten all that ttc stuff too! So I'm not expert, but I'd say you o'd today so if you've DTD yesterday and today I think you're covered.

I have had a marvellous day, got my hair cut and coloured, even splurged and had my eyebrows waxed I usually just do my own. Then I went shopping and spent waaaaay too much money ($260 on fry pans alone but they were on sale, half price and DH and I are sick of buying cheap ones only to throw them out 6-12 months later). So tired now though!

I can't tell you the number of times I was asked today 'How long have you got to go? Is this your first?'

One of the girls at the salon had twin girls 5 weeks ago and while I was there she brough them in...OMG they were divine!! She named them Lily and Ruby, so lovely. She had a really good labour and delivery and they are already sleeping 6 hour stretches at night She looks fabulous though.

SAZZ _ Big hugs from me darl. I'm sorry to hear that this cycle didn't work out. I'm so sorry. I hope you come back to us soon so you can get it all out. We are good listeners.

I'll BBL for personals - probably tomorrow when the man is gone, he's goes tonight. I'm so sad, I just wish he would get sick or something so he can't go.

THe night away was just bliss. Soooo good to sleep listening to the waves crashing & even better waking up & lying in beach watching them. LOVED IT!

Am clearing out spare room that is going to be Claudia's room & have picked paint colours for both the kids rooms.

WILLOW _ I'll do before & after room shots for you!

MICHELLE _ How was Pink concert & the photo shoot??

Ok, that's it for me now, my man is calling me for hugs!

Love Jayne xx

Thanks everyone.

Jayne, I read most days but don't feel I have much to contribute a lot of the time.

I'm feeling a bit too vulnerable today to post much. It's difficult to have a pity party and not make others feel bad when they should be celebrating.

Had a really good night last night. Played in our squash grand final and I played really well, I won, my team won. I had a couple of drinks and relaxed a little but not heaps as we don't often take Celeste out to those things and I couldnt take my eyes off her. DH was supposed to be on duty but every time I looked he wasnt watching her and there were stairs to be aware of.

Had a tricky situation on Friday. I took Celeste to the playground and the other lady there started talking with me. She asked if I had other children. I suppose I look like my age (35) and when I said she was my only she obviously assumed stuff cause then she went on to say how she wasnt supposed to have kids but after 6years she had her son then years later she had her daughter. She said "2 is certainly better than 1" then paused a bit, realised how it sounded with me only having one, and quickly added "and 1 is certainly better than none". I almost spilled my guts to her there and then but I didnt as I am bound to see her at kindergym or the playground, ( we live in a smallish town). I know a lot of people have talked about our situation just by how they speak to me about things, without me having ever told them, but I dont want the entire population to know about our LTTTC.

Lisa, that sounds nice, how your DD was with the baby. C gets very excited when she sees a baby on tv and really liked meeting her new cousin the other day. She LOVES her baby doll and cuddles her, patting her back etc.

Wow I've been without a computer for just over 1 week and so so much to catch up on. I have very briefly read a few things though.

Sazz I'm so so sorry that af arrived hunny. I can only imagine how heartbreaking that is for you Please don't leave us though

Willow Your day sounds lovely and just what you needed. I can only wish for a day like that sometime in the future lol.

Jayne I hope you're enjoying your night with dh before he goes back to work.

Spring A massive congratulations to you. How exciting and I can't believe you've been able to keep it all a secret from us lol. I wish you the most amazing next 6 months or so

As for me I finally have my computer back. I have missed you all so much.
I'm still waiting to hear about the new job. AF arrived in full force today so am feeling like s***. I really want to start ttc this cycle if the job doesn't eventutate but DH still wants us to wait a few months. Anyway thats enough of that.
Sage has a cold,we had a bad night with him last night and tonight has started out similar. Oh and he has only figured out how to climb up on our lounge. I guess we've been lucky that it has taken this long lol. Now we need to find somewhere higher for all the little things that we put up on the lounge or on the speakers near the lounge lol.
And to add a bit more to this 1 of DH's very close friends passed away at midday today from a heart attack. It has given us a huge wake up call that life is just way way too short and not to take anything at all for granted. Sorry to be a downer on my 1st day back,so to speak.

I hope everyone is ok.

Mako - I'm so glad to have you back, have missed you!! I'm sorry you're having such a rotten week though. And I'm very sorry to hear about your friend How is your DH holding up?

I hope Sage's cold passes quickly, I'm begining to hate this time of year

Have you tried telling DH about how you feel about waiting a few more months to ttc? I know he has a reason for waiting, but if it's getting you down, it may not be worth waiting?

We just had some friends visit to return a whole heap of our baby stuffy they borrowed and while they were here their 9mo projectile vomited everywhere (including on my newly cleaned rug thankfully it didn't stain and DH cleaned it up for me....I don't do vomit! ) so we're all hoping he had a bit of an upset tummy after lunch and it's not a bug that our kids can catch!!

Just a quick one from me today, better go attack these boxes of clothes....

Willow, you can borrow Sam for a bit to get used to spew if you like?
Back from retreat now with a little boy who's now been asleep for three hours - he's just that exhausted! Lots of helping hands, just quite a few that didn't recognise tired signs and help him sleep when he needed it. Not that he would sleep much anyway with all the people and noise anyway! But it has me wondering if I can kill the catnapping by switching to two naps per day rather than continuing to try for three... how would I do it?

he's wiggling now and due for another feed so I'd best go.

Mako: Great to see you back. We've missed you too. I am so very sorry to hear about your DH's friend, what a terrible shock. my deepest sympathy.

Willow: Hope the spew was of the 'non lurgy' variety. DS was a major spewer, used to projectile from one side of the room to another. I just got used to having changes of clothes bibs etc.

Jayne: Hope the clean up went well. Sounds like you've had a lovely time with Alan home. Hope the house is all girly again.

Sazz: Thought you could do with another one of these Please don't feel like you need to hold back how you are feeling babe, that is the whole reason we are here, to support eachother.

Tess: Thank you so much for popping in hun, you are too sweet.

Lisa: Miss A sounds so cute. Hope the next 6 months flys by for you.

Janie: I've got fingers and toes crossed for you and a BFP this month.

Well I'm shattered. Went into the city for lunch today and I'm totally exhaused. I'm off to bed, I can barely keep my eyes open.

Willow lol at you not doing spew...Lucky your dh can handle it though. I'm sure Boo will be just like his/her siblings though.
My DH is absolutely shattered about his mate. This guy is such a young person and it happened so suddenly its given my DH a massive wake up call I think. This man was a very large man and DH is a big fella too and its really hit home for him that he needs to look after himself better.

I'd better go as Sage is crying again. I'm not a fan of him being unwell. It worries me way too much atm

Hi girls!!

Just a quick one. DS is having lunch and DD is asleep but we will soon have a date with the park!!!

Spent a FORTUNE yesterday on the professional photos but they are lovely so happy with that. Also trialling a few things with DS sleep wise and yesterday DH asked where our son had gone - he had been replaced by a happy, chatty, lovely to be around little person Amazing what some extra sleep can do for him

BBL - the sun is shining and the park awaits

ETA - I just made my 3000th post

MICHELLE _ Can't wait to see the pics, I bet they are just beautiful! I'm waiting until I have lost all my weight to get nice pics done as a family, but at the rate I'm going, it will happen when I'm a grandma! The park sounds like a great place right now as the rain is pouring!!!!!!! That is BRILLIANT that the little man has put his devil horns away, amazing how ratty they are when the tiredness sets in. I have problems with Jessica on Thu nights because of kindy all day then swimming lessons, so the last 2 weeks I have just got her home from swimming, straight into the shower, straight to the dinner table & then brushing teeth & straight to bed. She is tucked in by 6:30 but it makes for a much happier home!

When do you get the pics? I wanna see them!
