Default Is it worth getting a blood test?

AF is late by 4 days now. I've taken some HPT'S, the latest one yesterday with FMU, BFN. But I've been feeling nauseous, had headaches, cravings, tired, and lots of cramping. So I guess they could be pg symptoms or AF symptoms. I have a blood test booked for this afternoon, if AF still doesn't show, but I guess I'm just unsure if it's worth testing at this stage with so many BFN's behind me. What does everyone else reckon? Has anyone had a BFP with a blood test after negatives with home tests?

Hey there,
I recently had what you are describing. I had all the negative tests, AF was by far late, I was feeling pregnancy signs and symptoms and all that stuff.
After AF was late for a week, I went to the doctor for a blood test, he told me that he thinks I am pregnant.
Got the results the next day, BFN think my body was playing tricks with me!
AF was 20 days late when it finally did turn up! I was so bummed and after that little scare DF and I are going to start TTC coz we realised how much we both actually wanted another baby!

Good Luck, I hope you get the BFP your looking for

Hey tannedangel. Still haven't decided if I'll go in yet or just wait and see if AF shows. Gr it's so frustrating. I'm still holding onto the possibility that I'm pg, but O'ed late, or the hormone just isn't very strong in my pee. Bad time to go for a test, too, because I probably won't get the results until monday, in which case AF will probably have shown up. Thanks for sharing though, I can't believe your body tricked you and your doctor lol. And babydust for TTC no. 2 Xx
