Question Hpt after alcohol

Hey! I have a spare hpt, and have unusual (occasionL) breast tenderness (and possible increase seeing they kept popping out of my bra today) and a lil nauseas on & off and wanted to do a test tomorrow using my first morning wee. However I had a bourbon and cola tonight (finished it before 9:30). How would this affect the result? According to an ap on my iPhone (that has links to fertility friend) we dtd on cd 2 & 10 and today is cd 21.( but really, how accurate can an ap be?) Regular 28 day cycle.

Will the test be affected?(I've lost the Box and instructions and I *think* it's a "confirm" test. Is it too early to test? AF due Monday

Thanks in advance

I don't think alcohol effects the results in any way..

Good luck with testing

I'm sure it will have no effect at all I'm sure on all instructions I've ever read it says that the results aren't affected by alcohol and I'd imagine that small amount would out of your system by then anyway. Good luck

Well, it came back negative. Both disappointed and relieved. Although, perhaps there's a chance I tested too early. I have been worried these last few days, and my sister suggests maybe it's just stress. Time will tell!

i would say if AF isn't due til next monday it's probably still too early for a test to be conclusive. i had the starts of MS two days before HPT showed up positive (and then it didn't leave until a couple of weeks after DD was born!)
