Mater Redlands Private Hospital

Hello ladies,

I have been (for the past 2 years) and currently seeing my OB/Gyn at the Mater Redlands Private Hospital specialist rooms and I'm planning on seeing my same OB/Gyn (and other 2 OB's that share the practice with him) when I'm pregnant. I'm not pregnant yet, but planning to TTC in December this year.

I would like to have my baby at the Redlands Private Hospital and as I'm doing some "early" research on the Redlands Private hospital, I was just wondering if anyone else has had experiences at this hospital and with the 3 OB's that work in this Private Hospital?

Also, what is the hospital, midwives and OB's (during birth) like? What kind of antenatal care do you get there and how many appointments do you have during your pregnancy? What kind of tests and how many ultrasounds do you have during your pregnancy and does anyone know whether they run birthing or antenatal classes?

Any information, help, hints or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I don't have any personal experiences here but seeing as you have no other posters I thought I would reply. I have a friend who has had 2 babies here and thought they were wonderful in all areas obs mids, experience etc She said she had a lot of healp with feeding and really had a lovely experience there
