Hi all

just wondering if anyone knows anything about getting pregnant with a belly button ring? I know this sounds silly, but I have it in my head that my body may think I am pregnant already because of my belly button ring, or may reject an embryo because it's fighting this bizarre "intruder" in my belly.

Does any one know any sucess stories where the mum has a belly button ring? Or should I just remove the damned thing and eliminate the fear from my mind?

After four years TTC and then I discover I had endo, I don't know why I would think that it is the ring that has prevented me from getting pregnant.

Any thoughts?

Thanks for the congrats
I was just wondering about something. I have been using crinone gel twice a day for the past two weeks, and now after getting a pos on blood test, I'm not taking it anymore. Does this always happen? I though i would be on it for awhile, at least for the first 3 months

Emerald Star and Vira - Thank you for your thoughts. I am about to head away for the funeral and won't have PC access. Will be back later this week in time for my next BT. Catch up with you then.

Daisie - I have never heard anything about belly button rings and difficulty getting pregnant. I took mine our a few years ago for personal reasons. I do have a couple of friends who have belly button rings though, and they wore them up to and while pregnant.
