Hi Tali

You may be better poppin into the general conception/ttc area in regards to the clomid etc, as this thread is more for ivf injection style cycles, the full on kind.. I think your SIL may be just starting her FS journey, and before she starts a full stim cycle, she will be asked to take tablets, and after so many days, they will ultrasound her ovaries, to see how many follicals (eggs) she may produce etc.

Of course, she is more than welcome to pop in and tell us about her visit with her fertility spec, and then we can steer her into the right thread.

Now, because I am a worry wort , I will be worried, I seem like I am turning you away, which I am not, it's just horses for courses unfortunatly, with assisted reproductive technology, so ask her to pop in here, and I will do all I can to make her feel cumfy

Hey girls,
Tis a bit quiet in here atm.

M2C- Hey hun, your cycle is so close now, I'm praying that this is it for you xx
Yes, I'm planning a cycle very soon, 6th Sept is my expected start date at this point. Looks like we will be cycling close together again too which would be cool. Don't worry about being forgetful, I am at the best of times. When I reply I ALWAYS have to scroll down to see the other replies because I couldn't for the life of me remember where everyone is at regarding cycles etc.

A big hello to everyone else, hope things are travelling well. Have a great day girls.

AFM- Not much happening for me atm either, just patiently waiting for AF to start again. Have just started taking royal jelly (DP too woohoo) so hopefully it will work some of it's magic by the time I start.

Hello Loverlies

MY 1000' th post !!!!!!!!!!

Hope everyone is travelling well getting ready for cycling, thinking of you all, and hope your all well

AFM: Started Syneral I have a chest infection, I knew it, I posted in another thread, that I never get sick !!! Every time I sniff it, with my red rore throat, I dry reach. I had to pull over on the side of the road today, I will be fine. just have to get through these first few weeks on the spray, with my egg numbers they would prefer to stick with the syneral, so an alternative isnt suitable. So onwards and upwards I go. I can do this

Julie and Loula - you know I am here for you and will contact you both later

Bec - I was thinking of you today driving to work, I hope your not in Hos with ohss

lovely ladies

BulieJ have been thinking of you, hope everything went well and you're feeling ok.

Loula, how are you going? Hope you're alright

WLB how's the sniffing going? Has it gotten any better today?

M2C will be thinking of you on Thursday honey, hoping the scan is perfect and you're good to go next week Congratulations on the wedding plans, what a lovely thing to be thinking about amidst all the fertility 'stuff'! Also, thank you for your kind words, although I have mixed emotions about the whole legal process we need to find some sort of closure.

Bec, how are you going? Hope everything worked out and you're feeling better now.

Dusty thank you for your kind words, hope you're tracking well.

Dutchie, how are you going lovey? Enjoying the bee pollen? Its been touted as 'food for sex'....I haven't had any 'positive' side-effects as yet Looking forward to cycling together, I'm probably starting my cycle around Sept 5th. What protocol are you undergoing this time?

hello to everyone else, hope I haven't missed anyone and hoping that all is well. AFM, got made redundant (YAYAYAYAY!), am trying to get crazy neighbours to agree to our renovation plans and waiting to start a new cycle.

Hi everyone...

Bec - hope you are doing OK and are not in hospital with OHSS...although if you have OHSS then I do hope you are in hospital...if that makes sense.

Dutchie, Dusty - big hello to you girls

WLAB - hope they can give you something for your chest infection that won't interfere with your cycle - as if you aren't dealing with enough drugs without the infection - take care of yourself - you need to make sure that you don't get too run down.

Loula - I am sending you sticky vibes!!!!

M2C - hope Thursday's scan brings good news...being able to start a cycle is always so hopeful

Anyos - sounds like you are pleased with the redundancy - and renovations are always exciting - as well as a good distraction from the intensity of TTC

AFM - just back from D&C and lap. Threw in the lap because I never had one. They found and removed a tiny bit of endo which I never knew I had - but all else looks good. FS happy to start another cycle with first AF provided that it is at least 4 weeks from today's procedure. Will be trying a lower stim cycle - decided this because I don't seem to get more than 2 good eggs no matter how I'm stimmed, so I want to see if I get better eggs with less drugs as we seem to have given up on quantity.

Hi everyone,

anyos- I had heard it was 'food for sex'. I read another BB members post re royal jelly and how it increased her sex drive and thought ' better get me some of that'. Hopefully I'll get the increased energy and egg quality too Looks as though we'll be cycling very close together- 6th Sept is when AF is due. This cycle I'll be doing an antagonist cycle with clomid, fsh and orgulatran so we'll see how it goes.

WLAB- Congrats on 1000 posts, well done. Don't you just love that synarel spray, I always hated it but never had to take it with a chest infection so I shouldn't complain. I hope things get better when you start jabbing.

M2C- BOL for your scan tomorrow hun, hope your ovaries have recovered.

BecD- How are you going hun?

Loula- I hope you are well.

buliej- Really good to hear the your lap showed no major issues, that's encouraging. I hope things are getting easier for you.
Can you share what you know about low stim protocols, I'd be interested as I've often wondered whether I could achieve different and better results with a lower stim protocol.

Holly- Your cycle is incredibly close now, I'll be cheering you on.

Hello to everyone else, hope your all tracking well.

Dutchie - I don't know much about low stim - I only know that some believe that high levels of stimming drugs may negatively impact quality - I don't think this is proven but a belief that some have. I don't have much to lose because on the highest dose I only get 2 eggs - so I figure I may still get 2 eggs with a lower stim and maybe they will be better...who knows - I just want to try something different.
