 Birth Crisis - Sheila Kitzinger
Has anyone read this? I'm reading it at the moment in preparation for my next birth, it's predominantly about birth trauma and goes into some very interesting detail about the medical industry as a whole. I have a whole new sense of exactly why I feel so strongly about the birth of my first - my dignity as a human being was taken away. I'd never even seen it that way before. I've learned so much and I'm only half way through! It's not a huge book either so give it a go even if you're busy!
