I'd go In-Liven here too You may have to play around with things to get the right mixer for you... I like Nudie Juice best, the mango one

In liven tastes like poo at first (we call it our poo drink!!) but after a while you really do just get used to it.
I just pop a bit in a little water and gulp it down - DF does the same. When we first started taking it we sounded like we were about to rocket off to the moon, our insides were making so much noise! After a couple of weeks you feel soooooooo much better. Over holidays and xmas we werent taking it (driking too much!!) and felt so toxic. Now im back on the inliven i feel so much better.
Go the poo drink!!
Edit - oh and, after a couple of days of not taking it had a massive dose of thrush. I bet if i stopped taking it thrush would be back straight away.
