millara is an unknown at this point
Default plans scrapped, Looks like i have PCOD!! Grrrrr

Hey all,

As some may remember I had appointments all booked and ready to go in Sydney to get the ball rolling with IUI etc which i was really excited about.

BUT... I have always been, lets say, REALLY irregular in my cycles so i thought i should get it checked out in SA prior to starting everything through the clinic.

Well after getting it all checked the results are in. Bloods are a little off but 'not too bad' (?????) Ultrasound shows both ovaries polycystic and something astray with my lining (didnt really understand but i think its a bit thick and has a gap in it or something????)

Dr says with other symptoms i have (which i never really thought too much about unitl asked) such as long irregular cycles, excess hair on my abdomen and....wellll...... lets say chest area plus excessively oily skin, acne and a few loose hairs around my chin line it is likely PCOD.

Im seeing a gynae in a few weeks for a definate diagnosis of what the hell is going on .... GOD this sux.

On the plus side maybe i can access assistance in SA now...but i would much rather be healthy and travel interstate than have this 'issue' to deal with !!!

no real point to this post, more of a vent...

thanks for the ears guys
