| |  Add meet-up threads to your signature! (extra line okay!)
I would like to offer everyone a special allowance of one extra line of text in their signature to link to these meet-up threads. You might like to put something like: (this is an example btw!)
So if you would like to add that to your sig, please do.... lets get lots of groups going, and also if you want to start one up, you can do that too - you could put something like: You might also like to make it something other than a mothers group, it could be a mothers-to-be group, ttc group, craft group, pram push - the sky is the limit. Lets get some groups going - and make them regular!!!!

All you do is select the text you want to link, then click the icon (in the advanced reply option) which is next to the right-aligned button - the picture of the world/earth with a link (looks like a chain link/figure 8 on it's side) in front of it. Almost smack bang in the middle of the toolbar.

I dont know if I have done this right but I just went into my User Profile on the top left hand side and edited my sig.... But couldnt use too many words... so just get to the point and not cr@p on like I do and you will be fine

I've had trouble adding the link in my sig too... not quite sure why. wanted to direct people to the link as nothing has been organised yet....

Worked fine for me.
What you do is type out your little blurbm then Highlight it then click on the "add link" icon which is a little world with a chain link on it then add your URL intot he box that comes up & hit Ok.

Vicky, you are allowed an extra line for a meet up message, so it's ok to add it under or above your quote. You are also allowed two blank lines if you want to space it a bit  .
