Not sure if this is the right place or not.......

I'm good at stressing at the best of times, it runs in the family!! about 10months ago I was on a short flight that needed an emergency landing due to smoke filling our cabin. It was very scary at the time & has put me off flying for ever!!!! I was always a nervous person on a plane to start with.

Problem is I have to fly from QLD to SA next week for a Wedding...with only 4.5wks to go then I really don't want to stress, but I can't stop thinking about it. I never wanted to go, but we are very close to this couple & I didn't want to not go just for my fear of flying. I'm stressing I'll put myself into premature labour due to me stress over it :wall:

Does anyone know of anything at all I can take to keep me calm?? anything??

A close friend of mine is thinking of heading to hospital.
She's 38 weeks pregnant & just got out of hossy after a week in with high blood pressure.
She's complained on fb about a headache, so I tried to convince her to go in, pm'd her sister & asked her to push her a bit too.
She's decided to go. Well she's considering it. I hope & pray she does & that she's ok.

Hello everyone, I'm trying not to stress but I've started to google things & I am starting to stress myself out LOL.

I am just over 30wks pg & today have had severe chest pains, I had them about a week or so ago also. It was so painful I couldn't sit still. Today it's been on & off. I also just noticed today one of my ankels is very swollen (never a prob with first bub). Should I be worried about the chest pains? I hate going to the hosp to feel like I've wasted mine & their time.
