Thumbs down When a donor evaporates

Hello everyone.

Well our donor evaporated. **** gone. No contact. So Im booking in with FF in Hurstville.

I knew it was too good to be true.

Why do these people think all you want is to either give them free sex. Or that you only want home insemination.

Cause some of us like me only want to do this through a clinic.

I don't know what this man was thinking but I do know he isn't answering emails so therefore its a no go.

Im ok with it but for those who have tried and tried with advertising for a donor and have gotten the creepy and weird I feel sorry for them. People shouldn't play with emotions.

Redlady.

Oh Redlady,

I'm so very sorry.

Having had this happen with a family member I can empathise with what you are feeling. At least my BIL gave a rational explanation as to why he couldn't do it - couldn't imagine waiting and having no response.

I hope that you find someone that is truly ready to help.

Big hugs to you.

I'm so sorry that happened to you - it just sucks that people would even consider playing with people like that.

I hope you get another donor soon.

Thank you ladies for your support. Im going to find out from another clinic how soon we could start with IUI. I found another clinic that has no waiting lists as they use overseas donor sperm.

Im not sure I could go down the road of advertising for donor sperm again. Its not for me.
