I quite enjoy the Yoplait No Fat yoghurts, which have 70% less sugar as well! I think a 200ml tub equates to 1WW point....

It would be from Kernel's. You may not have one near you?? It's a shop that sells different flavoured popcorns.

I can't believe that we are so boring. I have this 'thing' about food being environmentally and socially friendly, so everything I buy is either fair trade, organic or both. It means I have to make a lot of my own meals, but what I save!!!

Oh, boy.

In consumption of kilojoules and calories expended!

I was 99.5 kg two years ago and I am 52 kg now, so can recommend this method as having worked for me!

Mine are a new brand of "chips" called Pitos
They are made from pocket bread pieces
and baked - so they have a fraction of the fat or carbs as normal potato chips

and oh so yummy

Popcorn is great if you have it plain. I love lite cottage cheese, could live off it. The best thing ever, though, is tofu which has bulk protein and is SERIOUSLY low cal (if it's plain that is).

Oh and i forgot, negative calorie food, like apples. Neg cal means that you use up more calories digesting it than are actually in the food. There should be a list on google on what foods are, usually its raw fruit and veg.

I love Vaalia Natural Yogurt (low fat), it is really creamy for a low fat, natural yogurt. I put a sweetener tablet in with some pureed pawpaw or mango and I have it for breakfast almost every day. It is so yummy!

As Cailin mentioned in her list, I have found the Meringue nests for when I need a sweet treat that is low in calories. To make it a bit healthier I add some ski Dlite yoghurt and some banana slices. Yummo!
