.. Say WHAT a lap dance ... OMG I'M IN
I lost 18kilo's (through Tony Ferg) in 5mths from Aug 2007 - Jan 2008 BUT put 10kilo's back on due to stress in my being a main support person for many family/friends at the same time for their heartbreaking tragedies, terminal illness & suicide ... and also MY OWN coming to terms with no longer TTC for bubba #2, i tried for just over 2years of TTC until i was 43.5years old ... i think i did great in TRYING (so maybe i deserve a lap dance JUST for that)
... Lost 3kilo's last month BUT put back on due to going on holiday so i'm starting again * TODAY * !!
I'd be happy to lose the 10kilo's i put on & anything else would be a bonus
... THANKS Maz for putting on this thread, i needed a jump start
Good-Luck everyone xox

Sorry, poppets, but it's in my plan to be approaching whale size by then!
BUT I will promise big blubbery lap dances and cheer you all along.
As some would know, I've shed a few kilos over the years, so will try my best to help motivate you.

I need to lose lots, too much to lose before GC but lets make a start hey.
I lost 23kg on TF 2 years ago, but cant a) afford it and b) do it becuase I, breastfeeding.
Im going to try WW online. I cant really afford to go to their meetings, but I have all the bopoks here and know my points etc, for breastfeeding, so am hoping something will work.
Its the exercise part I have trouble with as velcro baby, and pelvic floor, are less than cooperative

Oooooh can i be in even though i probably cant make GC?
And another 12 wk challenge - im in for that too, my lappy died last time and couldnt get on for the much needed support!
I have to lose roughly 40kg, so this will be a good start for that.

Well I started my new diet/exercise plan yesterday. DH & I took the girls for a long walk yesterday, and we've been really busy with the girls today. My plan is start with walking every second night for 30 mintues, and gradually increase to every night.
I'm really unhappy with the weight I have on at the moment. It's hard as I work in a call centre, so I hardly get up all day. Now that it's warming up I'm hoping to get in the pool more often to do some laps.
