thats ok smiles walking there still counts!!!!!
I am yet to weigh myself as i still havnt bought scales of my own...
Now that i am more careful in what i eat, i am noticing when i eat fatty foods that i actually "dont like" the taste of them... i guess thats a good thing!!!

I'm still keeping an eye on this thread.
Still fat with a tummy full of bub though. Dunno whats keeping my ar$e so full though.

Well, i walked the entire 6kms around the Wendouree Lake yesterday at the yearly SpringFest day we have here ... and i weighed myself this morn and i have put on half a kilo, boo hoo  ... but then i was naughty and indulge more then a couple of times so i only have myself to blame  ... So, YEP i've gotta try harder this week

woo hoo , thanks to 3 wisdom teeth out and a bout of the ol' squirty bum ... ive lost weight , about 700 gms i think !!!
now i just need to be wise about my choices and currently im eating cabbanossi and deli youghurt ... lol ... NOT a good start . but ive seen those scetchkers shoes that are a work out while you walk so i might give them a go to help tone while i walk around the house doing chores ..

Naughty maz *slaps one self in the face*
I've been so dame busy with work and family stuff that I havent come in here
BUT I havent put on any of the 3kg ive lost  havent been totally great with the whole diet thing the last week....I buckled and bought a bottle of pepsi max and had carb's *slaps other side of face*
should buckle down again shouldnt I....would be great for when I go for my op that i weigh atleast 5 kg less then I said on the paper work.
well done everyone for keeping at it ....   now rub off onto me again

now ive lost 3kg in total for the month...and have platoed for the last 2 weeks. Im going to try and get my head around my diet and crunching down. I cant wait until I get my butt fixed so I can get some exercise into me again.
SO goal for this week to is to drink more water (something I really do lack)

... did a big walk into town & back home this arvo , hope i haven't done any damage to my knees i'm gonna start physio on them next week, will ask specialist if it's a good thing i'm doing in walking (too know me i'm a fast walker ) !!

... ah, but Jodi what a fab excuse ....... CONGRATS again on the #3 bubba news 
As for me thought a miracle might have happened for me too but i had spotting since last Thurs & today AF arrived, has all come early so GP appt in 3wks to see what's going on  ... was so beautiful to have the HOPE of maybe possibly being preg again BUT it's not to be !!
Forgot to weigh myself yesterday with the downer of AF arriving & then worry of biopsy i had today (results next week to see if have melanoma) 
... So sorry gals feeling a bit flat here, also cause i have been naughty with food with the hormones going nuts the past week & reckon i have put on weight this past week rather than lost it
... BUT overall what HAPPY news with lovely Jodi

so it would seem i am no longer dieting due to my little bellybean! !!
Not too sure where that puts me for attending the shindigs either as i will be about 8months pregnant at the time LOL. Will play it by ear (is that the saying?  )
