i started at 72kg.... weighed myself yesterday and am now down to 66.2

im jumping onboard..dont really need to lose weight, but a tone up would be nice, and this would be a great motivator...

RR ... that is brilliant even in a month  ... i'd be happy to get back to that weight of 66 and like i said before anymore would be a bonus for me ... last time i weighed 52kilo's i was 21years old and many people told me it didn't suit me as it made me look very gaunt in the face & much older, so no less than 60kilo's for me at the most ever here on

So, I just rode my bike down to the gold coast today, to make sure it's looking good. I stuffed my bikini bottoms into my saddlebag, and top into the back of my jersey, and had a quick dip at the end. Official ride was 100km, but some friends and I then went on to do another 30km - down to Surfers for a swim and some eats, and then up to Nerang station, and on a train to home, where DH and I are loading up on carbs after that - gotta put some back in!
So, anyway, GC looks good, could do with a few more hot women in bikinis though, girls, so get to it!

Jas yes please, i need to get my head right.
My mum dropped of all this food she had left from a catering job, choc sponge roll, jelly slice, carrot cake, banana bread, hedgehog, cup cakes etc. It just calls my name everytime i go into the kitchen arggh i need it out of my house. Anyone hungry lol | | |
