It sure is quiet in here... I have only posted once or twice in the challenge thread too as I've really stepped back from BB while DH was on leave from work... Instead I have been hanging out with him, eating really well and not going crazy bding for ttc I'm really happy with how my weight loss is going, I tried on some jeans today that haven't fitted for 5 months and was absolutely over the moon that I can now wear them again
Well done on the losses in here! Swimming, running, rowing and getting compliments is all just wonderful EDIT a couple of days later!!! YAY I am wearing my old work pant today too woooohoooo!!!

Woo hoo Cherished! That is awesome.
Well I have been pretty good this week. Have done all of my required exercise except for Friday night soccer but am going to fit in an extra cycle tomorrow. Was a bit bad last weekend but have been really good since then so fingers crossed. Anyway hope everyone is doing well with all of their moving and eating. Bye!

Sorry I haven't been around... Work has been very hectic, doing some very long days, so finding it hard to focus on losing! Got done to 67, haven't got any further yet though.

Hi there. Mind if I join in??? I'm in some real need of motivation and I'm hoping by joining this thread it may help.
A little run down on me....
I have lost 10.8kgs over the past 18 weeks. I am 0.8kgs away from my original goal weight of 64kgs. Though I would like to make it to 62kgs. I have really been struggling to keep motivated the past 5 weeks or so & my weight has just stabilised. I am still eating healthy, just a little too much.
Looking forward to getting to know you all

Welcome, Georgi.
I'm still sort of hanging about. Did I mention that I was a slow healer? Well, the foot is still causing me grief, but I'm finally at the point where I can walk around to do what needs to be done with my foot heavily bandaged and be ok. It's just a very, very slow process. Exercising is still pretty much beyond me, unfortunately.
So, I'm trying to do everything now just by sensible eating. And I've been so exhausted that I haven't been all that sensible lately (we won't mention the chocolate coated sultanas and peanuts and apple danishes that passed my lips this week!). I did my usual weigh-in this morning, even though I stopped doing the calorie king thing a while back. I didn't expect to actually lose, was hoping to stay the same and have not gained anything... got the shock of my life when I saw another 7 in there!
Nope, didn't gain, have actually DROPPED weight. Another 1kg this week, now down to 67kg. Only 2kg more to go, and I think I can expect that to go by Christmas. Damn shame that STILL none of my clothes fit. I think it may just be time to face facts in that I have wider hips now than I did before Sam and it just may not be possible for me to get back into everything I wore in the pre-Sam days.

Sorry for doubling up (for the xmas thread girls) but I reached 66kg this week taking me to a total of 20kg since I began last xmas. I only have 6kg to go. It is coming off pretty slowly now but as long as I keep losing cms around my tummy I will be happy.
Anyway must run as am on dial up and everything takes forever. Hope you are all doing well. Bye!

| | Georgi this thread can be great motivation, goodluck I'm sure you will reach your goal, you've already done so well loosing 10.8kg Krys that is just wonderful! 66kg wooohoooo!!! BW a 1kg loss while you are being a bit naughty is fantastic, good on you... Can your hips actually grow after having a baby? Lord I hope not because I'm already challenged hello sungbug & mrsquid
AFM I ended up recording my weight at 68.7kg on Monday which is great, since then it went up a bit and today was back down to 68.8kg, so I am feeling confident I will see another loss on Monday as I plan to eat well and do at least a walk each day until then... so I'd better be off and get on the treadmill |

Thanks for the welcome. I'm feeling a little more motivated already! Is anyone else doing weight watchers? My daily points allowance is 19, though for the past month I haven't been tracking & some days, I'm sure I've been having 30 Though since my weigh in on Thursday, I have been sticking to 22 points. I exercise (a very high intensity, I use to be an aerobics instructor/personal trainer for 10 years) 6 days a week for 60mins which is why I have increased my points allowance. I get so hungry! So i'm already a little proud of myself
CHERISHED Good to hear you've stabilised. Better than a gain. Good luck for monday!
KRYSALYSS 20kgs... Wow, that's very impressive. Well done. You must be feeling fantastic
BW Sounds like you're a little like me.. Only a couple of kgs to go. Great stuff losing a kilo. Gees, it'd be nice if I could do that this week.

| | Georgi wowsers with all that exercise you will be at your goal weight in no time!!! And you definitely get to be proud of yourself I used to be a gym junkie.... Not so anymore I have a home gym which I love but don't do anywhere near the amount that I used to do 5 years ago with no excuse other than being lazy There were lots of people in here who were on WW, some of them are posting in the christmas weight loss challenge thread I think? and BTW your little Byron looks so cute!
AFM another good day eating, no workout but lots of quality time with hubby iykwim heheh |

Hey Georgi I was doing WW but quit it a month ago (then put on weight! ), but haven't been doing any really high intensity exercise, so need to eat better. I'm sure you'll lose your last bit in no time!
Well I've re-weighed in (yesterday). I'm officially 2kg up after 1 month of cr@p. Eeep. Doncha hate having re-lose weight??? But I ate really well yesterday, I'm tracking on CK now, and on my walk last night... I even jog-shuffled! Woo hoo, it's only been about 2 years! So slow & steady I'm just gonna try keep building up.

I weigh in today and it has been a baaaaad 2 weeks so I am not feeling very good about it (I'm with you Belfie - I HATE having to re-lose weight).
Welcome Georgi!
Awesome work Krys on getting to the 66's
Cherished - keep up the good work (and the lovin' - apparently it burns calories )
