Skeetaboat, it's because your bowel can have blockages in there of 'old' poo that doesn't come out, so the 'new' poo just makes it's way around it. Not everyone would have that much food in your bowel at any one time - some people with large diets or sluggish bowels wouldn't poo often enough to evacuate it all and don't forget just how long our intestines are if they were stretched out in a straight line.

Hello BC I've had heaps of them over the years... like 15 or so... They are the best thing I have ever done for my health I didn't have them for weight loss (but it does help with that) I had them because my colon was giving my heaps of pain from years of eating meat... once having a good clean out I became heaps more regular and wanted to eat better too... Most nutrients from your food are absorbed through your colon so having a colonic irrigation will get all the build up off the colon wall so that you can absorb all the good stuff better. The lady I see recommends 3 in a row (every year) which are done a week apart. I did that for a few years and than had one every 6 months, than 1 a year, I started getting them done about 8 years ago and now my hubby even gets them done just because he sees the health aspect... As far as the actual procedure goes it is a strange feeling! But just think of the theraputic benefits because afterwards you will feel great Along with colonics a parastie treatment followed by a liver cleanse is also wonderful for your body and in turn weight loss.

I have issues with my bum, recently had to have something similar to a varicose vein lanced "there". Not painful, but might be a factor when getting it done? I was also thinking about it, as the dr (as she was getting ready to lance) asked about my movements. I consider myself regular (which I told her) but apparently it turns out my regular is constipated...
Hmmmm...

it was the strangest feeling when the filled you up with the water.. i actually found it made me feel alittle nauseous(sp) not much but think too because ive got a bit of a cold didnt help, i definently feel lighter and i weighed myself today and i am 66kg now so ive lost a couple of kgs which is gd!! its definently making me more conscious of what im eating now, especially after seeing what came out omg!! lol
i can say i think i would get it done again if i had the money maby once a year like a detox/clense type of thing my skin and hair are looking great to really shiny and healthy ! yay

Well, I have just booked mine in for Monday. I have opted to do 3 sessions in a week (as suggested by them) and it will cost $200 or $70 per session. I am looking forward to it but a bit nervous to say the least! I have always had issues with regularity so am thinking I have loads to clean out!!!

Well I am back from my first of 3 treatments...it was interesting and I still feel like i have a lot of water up there!!
Well, basically you lie on a bed, that has a tube coming out, tick it up your bum a little way, then the guy turned on the water...the first few minutes I didnt feel much them woosh...I had the urge to push and push and push...I have never see so much poop!!! I do feel 'lighter', dont know what else i should be feeling but feel good. It is a strange feeling but I will go back to do my next 2 sessions at least
