Default BodyTrim

Has anyone else tried BT. I did in the beginning of the year and had great success. I lost about 8 kilos in 6 weeks. I stopped when we went on a holiday (so I could enjoy myself) and unfortunately put some of it back on, I have a lot more to lose and am going to start BT again soon. I found it a very easy and satisfying program to follow.

Just wondering if any BB girls (or guys) have tried it or are currently on it, would love some BT buddies!

Hi Ninah,

I brought the BT pack and watch a few of the DVDs, it got so repetitive that I left it at that.

I'm interested in starting it.

Any hints, tips or tricks?

Thanks!

Hi Charlie,

To be honest I didn't watch the DVD, some of the best advice is on the BT forum with out dieters. I read the book, and jumped straight in. Remember to have breakfast early, and follow the 3 hour rule - always eat within 3 hours of your last snack/meal. For those who love chocolate (like me) the Atkins chocolate bars are a great snack which is high in protein and low in carbs, but only a few a week though. the BT forum has some great sweet recipe ideas too.

Best advice is just jump straight in, I didn't have all the foods I needed when I started so for the first couple of days I lived on canned flavoured tuna and chicken and eggs until I could get to the shops. The Detox is the hardest part, but once you get through that you'll realise just how MUCH you LOVE vegies lol.

Bump...

I've decided tomorrow is the day! I'm getting back on track.
Just checking if anyone else is doing this program, as I'd love some buddies to work with

Ninah,
How are you going with the program?
I think I really need to get motivated and start some of the body trim techniques/methods.

So how are you going Ninah? I actually did the deal where you pay for the postage only (12.95) & if you're not happy or haven't lost 6 kilos in a ridiculously short amount of time you keep it for free. I figured I couldn't really lose (scuse the pun!) I have about 7 kilos to lose...
