What I did was allow myself some caffeine in the first half of my cycle (but not go overboard), and then cut it out completely for the tww. I was never a *huge* caffeine-person so it wasn't that hard for me. I know that the higher your caffeine intake the stronger the correlation with increased rates of early miscarriage (I think often so early that you don't know you are preg.) And I just wanted to do anything that would give me the best possible chance. (The studies are talking about amounts greater than a single cup of tea/coffee a day, but it just seemed to make sense to me not to go there at all.)
Now that I am utd I am TOTALLY craving coke/frozen coke (same as last pregnancy) - it is going to be a long 9 months
