Default No Cry Sleep Solution...opinions?

Hi!

I want to grab a copy of this book to read, watching one on ebay at the moment.

Can anyone offer me their opinions regarding the book? Have you found it helpful?

My DD doesn't have good day sleeps at all, she's 16 months old. They are terrible, I seem to have to get in the car through the day and drive for 40mins for her to have a snooze...I really struggle with it at home otherwise.

She sleeps from 7pm-6am and right through the night which is great.

Thanks for your help!

FANTASTIC BOOKS! We had the no cry for DS (started at 1yr) cured all of our sleeping problems in a week

The other book The no cry sleep solution for toddlers and preschoolers is fairly similar - gives the same basic information but has extra focus on older kids sleep problems and solutions.

I am pretty sure there is a No Cry Nap solution book also...just a thought since night times seem so good you might want one that concentrates on naps. The No Cry Sleep solution is mainly to help babies sleep through the night, but offers great tips on sleeping in general.

PM me if you want to borrow my copy. Otherwise your library might have one?
