Default Zantac - how quick was the improvement?

Hi girls,
I've seen the paediatrician who has told me to start Ella on 0.8mgs of Zantac to see if this helps with reflux, if any of you have used this for your babies, how quick did you see an improvement? I am just so desperate at the moment that I will try anything!

Good luck with it!

Prior to Zantac Charlie was sleeping in 90 min blocks. It was sleep 90 mins, scream 90 mins, repeat! The medication for her LITERALLY saved my sanity. Keep me posted as to how ya go!

Ok, well I don't want to post to soon, but i THINK the ZANTAC IS WORKING! yay, she actually slept well yesterday and only had 1 unsettled period yesterday evening with a bit of screaming. She also slpt from 1:30-6:30 this morning which just amazed me!!!! I really hope this will be our answer....

It feels good to know you don't have a hypo child after all doesn't it? Hoping it keeps continuing for ya. We only had to have Charlie on one course and it was enough, she's now off it. She's a new baby really. Oh and we still have a grumpy period for 3-5:30pm but its not all day like it was so i can handle it.
