Question Losec??

Hi all,
My 3mo bubby boy has acid reflux and has been prescribed Losec for the pain. I am curious if anyone knows how long it takes to start to make him feel better. The Paed decided to narrow it down by ruling out Reflux then Milk Intolerance. If it is reflux how long would it take for the medication to take effect???

I think with my DS it took about 2-3 to notice a difference, then about a week before it was taking full effect. Good luck, I know how distressing it is to have a bubs with reflux, fingers crossed this works for you.

I took a few days to notice a slight difference with my DS, and around a fortnight to have really good results.

Yep as the others have said it takes a few days to notice a difference. If bub is throwing up a lot, please remember that Losec will help with the pain but it won't stop the vomitting.
