| | BellyBelly Babies Born 2009: Did You Circumcise Your Son?
PLEASE ONLY VOTE IF YOU HAVE ACTUALLY GIVEN BIRTH TO A SON IN THE SPECIFIED YEAR.
This is a poll to see any trends in the changes of circumcision over the years of BB members. This thread is not for debate - if you wish to post a comment, you may write about what led you to make that choice as long as it is not defamatory to those who choose opposite. For example, we did some reading and discovered xxx or my partner / I have a belief of xxx.

Sorry, I can't add to the poll, I haven't had a son. If I was to have a boy:
Yes, I would circumcise my son.
Reason: To be the same as the father.

I am a No voter. We decided not to simply as DH is against it and to us, as a couple didnt think it was necessary to go ahead with it. I believe he was born this way, so i didnt want to change him IYKWIM?

...am a 'no' voter as well. Found it hard to find information that made a compelling case 'for'. DH would have no problem having it done to DS if the compelling info presented.

I am a Yes vote, for various reasons.
I did find it very interesting that of the 5 boys in our new mums group, all 5 are actually circumcised.
