Exclamation New baby with eczema

Hi to all

My DD started to show eczema after 1 week of being born, but was breast fed for his first 8 weeks. When I changed him to an Organic Formula he instantly got worse on his face and ears. When we tried Nan he was so irritable and unhappy. When we tried s26 he instantly broke out in a rash on his neck and chest and then onto his elbows and knees. From here it just got worse, it went onto his chest and the rest of his arms and legs. When we finally saw a specialist at the Gold Coast Hospital he was diagnosed with a milk protein allergy. He is now on Elecare prescription formula. His eczema has not gone away so I have the following creams:

*QV bath oil - (every second day)
*1% cortizone cream - only on rough areas
*Sudocream on red and itchy areas
*Aquous lotion on whole body
*MooGoo cream on whole body
*Becoderm on red areas

I have found the Sudocream to be really good at taking the red away and stopping the itching, but the Aquous lotion does not keep the skin moisturized for long enough but the Becoderm to be good. I've just recently used the MooGoo cream today, so we'll see if that works. I find that eczema gets less red but does not go away.

Does anybody have any ideas about getting the eczema to completely go away, also because he start swimming lessons in 2.5 weeks and I know the chlorine might make they eczema worse.

Also, has anyone ideas about what cream to use as a barrier cream for before he goes into the water? If someone has a personal experience with swimming in chlorine that would be very insightful for me.

Sorry about all the questions, but I'm at a loss at this experience.
