Question No wee all day

Hi
DS is sick - just with a cold. The usaul snotty nose and bit of crankyness, not really hungry, all that doesn't worry me. Myself and dh had gastro on Tuesday (today's Thursday), me worse than dh. Ds had 2 bouts of vomiting Tuesday night, but then was fine. Yesterday and so far today, he's not wee'd at all. Yesterday he whipped it out to do a wee (but that's not unusual, he seems to always have it out!), would say "come out wees" then "all done" but not actually do anything. He's drinking enough, but I will give him more. His nappy overnight was wet, but not overly so as if he stored it up, just normal. He sat on the potty this morning, but nothing. He's wearing undies all the time, so I'd know if it happens...

What else can I do?

Does he have a fever??
I'd get as much water as you can into him over the course of the day & if he hasn't started by later this afternoon I'd be having him checked out.

I would be getting that one checked.

Even though he went overnight, it is still not normal to go that long without a wee, IMO.

It could be nothing, but I would hate for it to get worse and lead to a UTI..
