Default Cycle Charts: Ovulatory

Dear Members,

I thought I would start this topic so members are able to post links to their charts which resulted in ovulation, but not conception. This way others can see how different or even how similar some charts might be on an ovulatory cycle.

If you would like to post your chart, please feel free to do so! Thank-you for sharing!

Hi Smithy,
YOu are looking for a rise.
When you ovulate the corpus luteum, which was once a follicle, produces progesterone and this causes your temp to rise. And once the egg and sperm have made an embryo, it takes over producing the progesterone so you temp should stay nice and high if you are pregnant.

Some women have a fall in temp the day they ovulate and then the rise...but this doesn't happen for everyone. But the rise certainly happens when you ovulate.
Good Luck
SAM

LizJessie just go to fertilityfriend website (its .com ) and it will guide you through how to set up an account (its FREE) and then you can start entering data in each day, at the same time is best. i do mine at 7am every day and only just started temping myself.
have you got a BT thermometer? Just needs to measure to two decimals thats all. like eg. 36.4 celcius
goodluck!!

Renstar - thanks! I don't actually have a BT thermometer, and I dunno where to pick one up from.

i got mine from woolies, it's just a "digital" thermometer. i spent $9.95 on it! You don't need to spend lots of money on one i dont believe anyway. your local chemist will sell them too.
good luck!
