Are there any that have a zip at the back? Maybe if he can't reach it he can't get out of it?!! (although he sounds like a clever little Houdini!).

I'm sure he'll stop doing it when the weather gets colder.
At least he's not taking his nappy off.

I was about to suggest a sleeping bag/grobag thing. If its over his pj's maybe he'll just take one off & not both?

You could put a safety nappy pin under the zip so he can't get it to come down - don't know how comfy you would be with that. Otherwise you could stitch under it - but that would be annoying after a while!

Oh goodness, it must just be that age, hey?? Mine's just hit 20 months and has worked out how to get out of shorts with drawstrings, buttons, zippers, you name it - and pulls the sleeves of shirts off her arms so the shirt winds up around her neck or waist... Every morning, same story, except she rips her nappy off too as soon as she gets her pants around her knees, so most days I spend the first half hour after waking bathing, redressing and scolding her, then attempting to clean up big puddles and putting on laundry!!
Hopefully as the cold weather kicks in they'll stop, sorry I don't have any suggestions, I've run out of ideas myself hahaha, just wanted to let you know you're not alone in your frustrations!! Maybe he is ready for toilet-training and this is his way of indicating that he's a big boy now?? DD is going through this, she gets nakie so she can use her potty lol... but I sleep in so by the time I get out of bed to get her it's too late! She also strips off at any old opportunity she gets during the day, lately I've been catching her hiding behind the curtains (floor-length ones) and getting nude, then running out with a huge grin on her face

My DS2 has been doing this for ages now... we think it is funny! lol
He doesn't do it when he is cold, just when the mornings are warm... he loves being nudie and was only 1/2 hr ago walking around here after a shower, stark naked with a bike helmet on! lol
You're definitely not alone hun |

What about those annoying 'easy' suits - they are hard enough for me to get on DD so surely they would be hard for your DS to wiggle out of!
We use a sleeping bag to keep DD warm at night, she is a very restless sleeper, it works a treat | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
