hi my name is Nikki im 26yo, i live on a farm, with my hubby and 3 children.
My son (the oldest) was diagnosed with ADD/ADHD at the age off 5(he is now 7yo), we tried everything but in the end had to put him on meds, they have helped alot but seems to get use to them so we are always at the paeds office(we have been going there since he was 2yo) the first few visits he made me feel terrible and made me feel like a terrible mum but the more we went we warmed to the pead, he always asks how i am first before we start on
DS. we had bradley assessed (just before Christmas)by a team called CIFTS which is a group off specialists pead (different to
DS normal pead), ot, Psychologist... ect and they rang a few days ago and said they have done patr off the assessment and they diagnosed him with ODD as well, i have been referred to CAHMS and also to the PPP program so we are hoping they are going to help
