Jalo is an unknown at this point
Default Breastfeeding

Jalo Hear
Im exclusively breastfedding my 5 month old but I feel that my milk is running low due to the fact that he does not have a soiled nappy everyday but has plenty of wet ones. I am currently taking a herbal remedy called Angus Castus which I was told can increase my milk supply and drinking fennel tea throughout the day.Can nayone comment on this if they have been through it as Im nearly due back to work and want to continue breastfeeding.

it is very normal for breast fed babies to not poo every day.
Becasue breastmilk is perfect for your child the waste(poo) is minimul..
just keep feeding and you will keep nurturing your baby
