Kell, I am talking to our local homebirth midwife about having this screened locally. Do you know exactly what is involved. ie: you pay the $200, then what? I am really hoping we can organise this soon for our area.

I heard its going to be in the Blue Mountains soon - and also SA and WA are planning it... as well as me doing a VIC one. So as soon as I have details will let you know - all the details are on their website for booking a screening. xx

KELLY - Is there going to be a presentation by What Women Want at the Melbourne screening?

The cost has gone up to $300 now, and the DVD will be released in March '08 for those willing to wait.

There are screenings in the works for Brisbane too...

How much would the DVD be to buy in March? And where would the QLD screening be held? I would love to come, and even Shel is interested, as well as my SIL and another friend... What kind of venue and equipment is needed? Just wondering, I really want to see this, have heard so much about it.

Ooh, goodie for the Brissy one, we usually get left out. If anyone hears details of one in Brissy can you please post them? I'd love to see it.

I'd love to attend this, but I can't find anyone to come with me! I was talked out of a homebirth with my 2nd and 3rd... my 4th I hoped I would have at home "by accident" but ended up with an emergency C.
I got all the guilt about putting my baby at risk and I regret the missed opportunity.
