Why don't you keep all these in mind and wait to meet baby first before deciding on a final name? I like Harper and Indianna but I am not keen on Miller

I like Indianna . I know only one Indianna and they call her "Indi" for short which i think is sooo cute!

Love Harper, and I agree Milla is a better spelling (more feminine and not so surnameish). So if it were spelt that way they would be equal faves.
Nate was going to be India if he was a girl....

I loved Harper when I was pregnant but it was too similar to our last name. I also loved Indiana though we went with India when DD was born. If Harper goes with your last name it would be a great pick.
