LOL DrGirl... I know just what you mean. After this BFN and the news about the cyst, I was convinced my body just isn't meant to be pregnant, that I am infertile, and that I was somehow responsible... Luckily I had my SIL who also had problems TTC their 3rd girl, so was able to give me some lovely advice, and also almost bought me a puppy
lol! I don't know about a 'sperm food' diet... I have heard a lot of info about getting the sperm count up, but don't know much about it. You could probably start a thread in the conception board, I think a lot of people there would know what you are talking about.
