I have found a way to help mix in-liven to avoid lumps and it getting stuck on the bottom - I have been adding just enough liquid to make a paste then adding the rest. Seems to work well, my frother has broken so have had to use the spoon!
We need to add more people to the thread starter list - anyone else?!
