Hi Con, welcome. Don't worry - you are certainly not the only person who goes insane during TWW. Join the club. I think all of us use this support group for TWW to be a bit insane. It's so hard trying to even talk to anyone else about this stuff.
It took me a while to figure out all the lingo too. It can be a bit confusing.
AF (Aunt Flo) means period. DPO means days past ovulation. BFN - big fat negative and BFP - big fat positive. They're some of the main lingo you'll come across anyway.
