Personally, I'd be thrilled with 16 follicles, but that's because I've only gotten 6 eggs both times (and of course fewer embryos) and I'd desperately love to get 10 or more! However, if your Dr thinks you're at risk of OHSS that's nothing to be trifled with (as Spring has described in such vivid detail - eek!). But even with just 6 eggs I had a mild case of OHSS last cycle. On the other hand I know people who had almost 30 eggs and were fine. Seems really random to me...
I don't know if FSH dose comes into it? Mine is a lot higher than yours (325iu).
