I want to grab a copy of this book to read, watching one on ebay at the moment.
Can anyone offer me their opinions regarding the book? Have you found it helpful?
My
DD doesn't have good day sleeps at all, she's 16 months old. They are terrible, I seem to have to get in the car through the day and drive for 40mins for her to have a snooze...I really struggle with it at home otherwise.
She sleeps from 7pm-6am and right through the night which is great.
